Robin MWell the place I went to and had it originally reserved didn't have the key in the box amd was not opened! So then relocate the reservation which was right down the road but everything went fine but no one was inside to help me! Originally reservation was at 10 and i finally got the truck at 11! the lady in the phone helping me was super nice and very helpful!!
Stephanie CThe Schillings/Uhaul representative told me I would be reimbursed for mileage not used, and he estimated 250 miles. If I had known I wouldn't have been reimbursed, I'd have done a more accurate estimate of mileage but it was a hectic time, as I had initially gone to the wrong Schillings location.

Timothy BHours do not match hours posted on uhaul. I had to wait almost an hour for them to open. I returned truck around 6 and even the posted sign o the door said 7 there wasn't a light on anywhere. No big deal on return but I had to wait until next day for the all clear. Also note- uhaul chat was worse than no help. I am guessing it is an AI system. I told them no one was in the place to give me keys and they/it repeated for me to go to counter and pick up keys from representative. Then ask do you have the keys? Urghhhhhh
DALE MThe company itself is ok, I gave it those stars, because most of my furniture was wet, when I arrived to my destination & that shouldn't have happened. Aren't they leakproof? I have pictures if needed.
Tenicia BCalled location multiple times Saturday 11/25 (open 10am to 7pm). Every time I called it was a Ring No Answer with Voice Mail Box full. This was especially frustrating as they did not give me the boxes I ordered. Because they would not answer the phone, I had to drive back to the office to get the boxes only to find the office locked - with the sign staring me in the face - Open 10am to 7pm. So I got screwed by UHaul about $14 and my Mom didn't get her boxes.
Richard DWe went to pick up our truck and the guy was already leaving. When I was signing for my truck the phone had rang , he proceeded to say aloud " I'm not hear leave me alone I don't want to answer. If you want your uhaul come and get it " When we had received our truck , the windshield wiper on the right was coming off and I couldn't even contact him to get us a new truck. Not to mention it was POURING the rain ! Do not recommend to anyone.
Leilani DEquipment was ready when I arrived. The UHaul staff guy was great to work with and had me set up and ready to go quickly. Very reasonable rate for the trailer I rented. Will definitely use the service again.
Jan DThere was no one there, at 9 AM, so that I could pick up the truck. I had to call and someone came. When I returned the truck, at 2 PM, again, there was no one there and I had to call. The 10' truck, that I rented, had no air-conditioning. It was 90° this day. When I returned the truck - the worker said it had just come back from being repaired for that same problem.

jeff wWas told by UHaul personnel this was the wrong drop off location. Had confirmation and didn't make up the address to drop it off to. No one seems to know what's going on in this company. Got a voicemail from someone in Michigan I don't even know who said I took their trailer and request a picture of the trailer I had. Total cluster to say the least.
Tommy THelp yourself by registering online with license # & credit card before coming into the business. It was smooth sailing for us. Another customer had a long wait while trying to get one of his credit cards to go through.
Mary BMy issue with this service is that it bleeds the customer dry of money. In trying to return this uhaul it actually cost me double the money I spent if I had just left it in my location. I understand this does mean more miles on the vehicle but this also helps return the vehicle to the sender in case they are low in supply. I was not using it to haul but to return it to the owner and got charged insane rates for doing so.
