I dropped off my truck rental here and the staff was no help. I then had to wait two weeks for them to check in the truck. I went back and forth with U-Haul and they contacted the business numerous times to check in the vehicle before they actually did it. It was a very sketchy situation and I was worried I would be charged for all the delays.

It was the worst experience, the customer service was terrible, I always go to the main location and they always give me a excellent service but I decide to pick it up at this location because it was closed to where I had to pick up my things, hid answer was if you don't know how to do a pick up online cancel the reservation and move on, I have to contact U-Haul direct line and they were excellent they walk me step by step until I get the truck keys. When I open the truck it smells bad, the location was behind a restaurant and I guest the manager from that restaurant Is the one who deal with the U-Haul truck and the smell of food was horrible. On top of that I rent a dolly and he didn't have it in the truck I had to went to the main location to pick it up, I drove 10 miles to pick up the dolly. I will never recommend this please it is the worst.
