Uhaul charged me $25 to clean the van when I said it was dirty. It was dirty when I got it. That's really upsetting. I even had to wait over 2 hrs to get my rental because some didn't return the van on time. 2hrs wasted sitting waiting and I get charged to clean a dirty van. Ridiculous

I love the option to check in online and be able to pick up my truck and get in my way, however this was the first time i used it and my keys was not outside and I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come back so i could get the keys. When trying to return the truck the app would not load the picture and I had to call the next morning to make sure the truck got turned in. I believe this is a new system and bugs still need to be worked out. I have another rental in a few days. I count the last time a learning time.

Disappointed, Disgusted and Unforgiving. I will NEVER use Uhaul or Save Rite Auto Rental Sales AGAIN!!! I reserved the van on 10/28/21 for 11/1/2021 pick up at 5:30am. I needed to the van to load my products to assist me to set up for my new business at The Mall at Columbia in Columbia Maryland. The mall opened up at 10:00am. When I went to pick up the van, I logged into my 247 share account to see that my reservation was cancelled. Customer service couldn't tell me why and when my reservation was cancelled. But I didn't get the van until 7:46am. We didnt' get set up until 12:30noon. it was so embarrassing. I am so very disappointed with not only Save Rite Auto Rental Sales but mainly with Uhaul...as this is the second time something like this has happened to me. For now on, I will go out my way some to get quality and professional rental services. I will never use or recommend Uhaul or Save Rite Auto Rental Sales again! Never!

My needs were not moving related. My son's Harley left him on the roadside while heading to work. After dropping him at work I was on the hunt for a trailer to get the bike to the repair shop. U-Haul had a multi use trailer that is set up for transporting motorcycles and very affordable.... I'm very pleased

I would suggest making the first five miles free but if that's not possible, then nothing at all. I had a very pleasant experience. It was an unplanned rental but the gentleman that helped me was very personable and professional. I was use this location again.

I had requested 2 dozen moving blankets. They were not provided. I spoke with an agent on the phone and was told that I would receive a refund for the blankets that were not provided plus an additional $20 off. I have returned the truck but I have not yet received my reimbursements.

I will never ever patronize or suggest uhaul to anyone. Ever. My experience was HORRIFIC, DANGEROUS and customer service sucked. I was given faulty equipment and overcharged upon early return. I will be contacting my bank and lawyer as my and my family's lives could've been lost in route to our destination due to negligence on uhaul's end.

The cabin was a bit dirty, it looked like someone may have spilled something in the cup holder area. There was a Covid mask and some receipts on the dashboard. Overall not terrible, but something that should have been cleaned up. I was a bit worried throughout the trip with the right rear outer tire because it has a chunk missing from the side wall. The storage area leaked from the cargo light and got all over our furniture and boxes( my wife was furious, and we have some pictures of the items that got wet). I did like that the truck had plenty of power and ran pretty nice. It seems as though someone put rain x on the windshield and I don't know if it was done by uhaul or another client, but it worked great in the torrential downpour that we drove through. Also your you uhaul representatives at 4106826609 we're very pleasant and helpful. Last but not least, your prices were very good compared to other companies I called. Gracias

I ordered my truck 3 days early to pick it up close to my home. When we got there no truck although I had my reservation. We had to drive 6.5 miles to pick it up and then back again. We shouldn't of had to pay the extra mileage that we were charged.

I used this location out of convenience. I rented a $19.95 van for some light moving of items on June 13, 2021. The first van was very dirty. Not sure what the previous occupant used the van for but it smelled of cigarettes and trash and debris were left behind. Who cleans these vehicles? Who is supposed to check them when they are returned? Certainly not the older gentleman that runs the place. After seeing the condition of the first van I started to cancel my reservation, but took a chance on a second one which was a little less dirty but nonetheless, still dirty! My recommendation for this location is to take better care of the rentals so people will want to use this location. Due to my experience, I will NOT be recommending this location to anyone.
