Daniel S.Had to drive 40 minutes (one way) out of our way because the person at the original pickup location didn't know how to process a uhaul check in. Our confirmation said guaranteed pick up at Apache Liquor in Apache Junction and our truck was there. If the person at your pickup locations doesn't know how to do this then they shouldn't be allowed to be a pickup location. We had to spend more in gas to drive all the way out to Superior and back and were given no discount on the rental to compensate for this. Very disappointed with uhaul especially considering it is a Phoenix based company.

SHERRY S.the lights were checked when the trailer was hooked up to my truck. I believed that they were working. During my trip I found out from semi's that I had no tail lights. I had to drive most of my trip with my flashers on when driving at night time as I had no lights. I had turn signals and brake lights just no tail lights. The employees were helpful and very kind. I was suppose to pick up the trailer in Globe but was called and told I had to drive to superior to pick up the trailer. So why do you ask where we want to pick up the equipment if the equipment is not going to be at that location?
Faye N.Work on the online reservations. Had to redo it 3 times and still had to redo it again when I got to the actual place to pick up the truck. I was charged an extra 100 dollars that they didn't tell me about and still have not received it. The bank told me that uhaul had still not released it yet although a woman I spoke with told me they had immediately released the funds. Horrible experience overall.

Todd W.The people were very nice and the vehicle was very nice but my pick-up was scheduled for 9:30 AM. I was running late si I called and said I'd be there about 10 AM. Got there and the UHaul guy was at church, he left keys for another reservation but not mine, they could not find my reservation, I was told I would have to wait until after church, they then found my reservation, and quoted me $100 more than I was quoted, they than adjusted things and got the price where it should be and I was ready to depart by 11 AM. The young lady and her father really did go above and beyond to get me on my way, I just expected to have things ready when I reserved them for.

Joe G.we had originally reserved our trailer at the Globe, AZ location 3 weeks prior. The night before we were to pick it up we received a call saying that we had to drive to Superior, which it made it a 60 mile trip instead of a 28 mile trip one way. We were not compensated for the extra mileage or time. We were very disappointed with the Globe location. The gentleman in Superior was very good at helping us.
Robert L.The online process was very long and should not have taken an hour to get the vehicle. Issues with the process on the U Haul side and the dealer had limited computer skills which didn't help. The service was overall friendly and professional, but the process was to long.

Robert G.The Hings are new to U-Haul. They took over half an hour to check us in. We now have a dispute with U-Haul over a "wrong destination charge" and they've tried to help, much more responsive than the area manager, Keith Nelson, or corporate customer service. We are telling everyone we know about the poor communication and lack of service. We've been hung up on, given unprofessional (snotty) tones and no answers. We've talked to 8 different people and no return call from the area manager. We have used the online contact form with no response. This has been a completely frustrating experience and we have now contacted our credit card company to not pay this charge.
