The app was a struggle. The contract was reset. I was charged twice. It's being fixed I'm told but it was very frustrating. Location was great. Everyone was friendly.

The cab was dirty; cigarette ashes and food littered the floor. The smell of cigarette smoke lingered in the air. U-Haul signage was insufficient inside store, so it was difficult to find leasing office.

The u haul took to much gas I only went 175 miles and it is saying I went 300 and some I had to pay 200 dollars in gas that's ridiculous

The rental wasnoriginally scheduled for pickup at 4:30pm on theb25th but the guy was not there to do the rental until 7pm. Which meant we lostbourbdaylightbto load it ansbitbtooknthatbmuch longer to get things done. I feel that I should be paid since I couldnt pick up when needed. Shouldbhave listenedbnot to go to this facilitybwhen warned.

The lock on the back was not able to open and I lost over 5 hours waiting on a person to come and fix/cut it. I was only aloud a extra hour to get things done. I don't think I got it back in time and got penalized I don't think that was fair.

When I arrived (early) like I was told to do, there was no data connection to use mobile check in. Then the key was frozen in the lockbox. I went in for help and no one “knew what to do”. After an hour, I finally got the back opened and the frozen doors open. The truck was dirty inside and there was barely any gas. I had to rent an extra day just because it took almost two hours to pick up the U-Haul.
