I was 10 minutes late and charged almost another day on a trailer. Any of the other locations in Habersham or Hall county would have given me a grace period. Check in took long. It just wasn't the best rental experience I have had and I have rented several trailers this year.

We have rented from this company before. The registration and hook-up of equipment is always fast. The staff members are always friendly and ready to help answer any question, as well as help hook up equipment for us. This is a great business to deal with.

CHECK-IN WAS QUICK AND EASY - IN AND OUT IN 20 MINUTES. OWNER HELPED ME HITCH TRAILER AND WAS READY WITH TOWING INFORMATION AND TIPS. AFTER-HOURS RETURN WAS SIMPLE. PREMISES ARE VERY CLEAN, AREA SAFE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND WILL USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN.

i scheduled the pick-up for the truck in Cleveland Ga. You changed it to Cornelia Ga. This added approx 35 miles to my trip which i had to pay for. That, I didn't appreciate.

The location employee was very helpful, considering UHaul had a reservation for the wrong piece of equipment. I had already spoken with two UHaul representatives and the reservation they had was for a car carrier and not the open trailer that I had discussed with them. I had an email confirmation showing the trailer. It took almost 45 minutes for me to pick up a trailer. He had to delete the reservation and start all over again. UHaul really need to improve their system and customer service

Don't want to bad-mouth them too much because I liked them and; although, they were friendly and courteous ... you wouldn't say they were adept with the paperwork. I was redirected from my chosen pickup location to this place, which was a little annoying. Why would I choose a location if it's not where I wanted to pick it up? It was 10 miles out of my way. These little mom&pop joints may as well not exist if you're just going to redirect me to a large depot.

I'm very displeased with uhaul bc I had to called like 5 times was sent to 3 places by uhaul before I got the uhaul I want my 50 dollar guarantee and I don't want it on my next visit bc I want be renting from uhaul again bc after this time the way I was done I'm gonna buy a trailer to do my business in this is it for me and if I don't get my 50 dollars like promised I will post it on face how I was done and every where I will give uhaul a bad name

UHaul should have more dealers as friendly and professional as Satchel Storage.

Due to a new and apparently difficult computer programing system developed by U-Haul it made it lengthy to procure my rental. Perhaps U-Haul needs to provide better training or a less complicated computer program for the rental procedure. The local people were trying very hard to facilitate the rental, but the program was not accepting their input.

This price was entirely too high for the value received. Our customer service was excellent and extremely but I only had a short trip to make in one day, returning to original location. I will rent a truck from enterprise if I need another one. Just too much money,

The location of pick-up was easily accessible. However, my overall rating of dealing with Uhaul themself was extremely poor! I ended up having to travel to 3 different locations before I received what I needed. The 1st location Uhaul sent me to did not even have what I needed. The 2nd location had the wrong thing. It wasn't until an employee at the 2nd location storage unit physically called the 3rd location (which had already been closed for 30 mins) and got in touch with someone there who verified they had what I needed. The gentleman was kind enough to stay late so that i could come by and pick up the rental i needed. I have NEVER had such an awful experience with Uhaul until this past weekend.
