When the U-haul representative tells you that you have 6 extra days on the truck for free and when you turn it in it costs you another $280.00 because they lied and now you have to pay for 4 days. NOT HAPPY!

I would have given excellent however I had a hard time convincing the worker it was ok to receive the keys 30 minutes early even though it was already approved. I was using the 24/7 Check out.

This particular location was helpful but the other locations were not. I had a 6x12 trailer scheduled a week in advanced and the day of pick up the location was changed two times and the trailer to a 5x8 and the pick up time without ever calling me to notify me. I had my pick up scheduled for 5:30 after work and the reschedule was for 4:30 so I called once I had found out to let them know I’d be late and that it would still be pickupable’ at 5:15. I got to the location and they were closed despite me calling. I called to find out what was going on and the location had the wrong trailer size and the nearest 6x12 was 90 miles north of me and had to be returned to the same location. I ended up driving 30 minutes away to another location to pick up a 5x8 trailer that couldn’t fit my move and now I’m forced to make another trip at another point.

It was a busy time of day when i picked up the van. The young lady was great at multitasking, running the gas pumps, checking out the other customer's all while handling my van rental. She was knowledgeable about the paper work and the equipment. Answered all of my questions. When i brought the van back she had my total and reciept emailed to me within 5 minutes. Thank you Sas Food Mart for the great customer serivce.

Reserving took way too long...over half an hour to rent the truck. The back of the property where the trucks are located were what appears to be a hooker and pimp camping out, as well as some illegal substances being used. Will NEVER rent from here again.

I would not recommend going to this UHaul. The lady at the counter was great, very nice to work with and helpful. The store is pretty gross though, not clean at all, lots of graffiti all over the outside. When I returned the trailer there were 3 or 4 homeless people camped out back on the stores property, obviously doing drugs as they were ducking back in and out of a tent that was on the property. I told the employees of the store they were back there and they told me they would go out and check it out. I went back and got in my truck and sat there for 15 mins and no one ever came out to run them off. So I can only assume they know that they are back there and don't care. Very uncomfortable feeling being behind a convenience store with people doing drugs in a tent in the lot.

I never received my email receipt for my invoice of $69.19. I was still charged the full balance of $83.13 and an additional charge of $34.08. This is shoddy business and I will be reaching out to customer service.

I have nothing bad to say about either of the pick up location or the drop off location. I am extremely frustrated for the second time this year over the lack of clear communication regarding the rental process. Using the app and online process put me 2 1/2 hours behind schedule. This created many problems and stress for me my employee and my business. Unfortunately, it is difficult to rent equipment from any other company, but I am so unhappy with my past two rentals that I am looking for an alternative

Small gas station rental operation. I just needed a cargo van and they had one and it was centrally located to where I needed to go. I have never been in and out of a u-haul more efficiently. The same woman on the service for p/r. This was my experience

The truck is a piece of junk. they overcharged by double, compared with another company. They added a cleaning charge for this trip, which is ridiculous. that truck was clean.

I reserved online and declined extra coverage. After being dropped off to get truck I was told I had to by insurance unless I gave them policy number. I did not have that number since I was dropped off. Explain this online. Truck still had things in it from previous renter and needed to at least be vacuumed and wiped down inside.

The installation of the wire harness I had installed is WRONG. I waiting 4 hoursI to pay 170+ dollars for a hack to hook up 3 wires and he didn't even route the harness correctly. He just rolled it up and left it on the hatch to my car. Furthermore, the wiring connection is wrong because the lights on the trailer that i rented (from you) will not go out. So, If I leave the light harness plugged into the trailer then it'll drain the battery of the car. The trailer was a complete pile of garbage. It looked like something left over from the 60's. The wheels were so badly out of balance that when empty it sounded like it wanted to rip itself off my hitch while going down the road. Not to mention that when i received the trailer it was totally filthy on the inside. All of this was encountered when the Uhaul rep directed me to the WRONG LOCATION. I have copies of the text messages as well to prove all of this. I wasn't even supposed to pick up a trailer at this location. I was supposed to get one in the city of Shoreline. When I dropped off the trailer back at SAS the clerk was informed about how bad the wheels were and I told him that it is completely unsafe to have wheels that bad do to the severe bouncing and vibrations i was getting. Needless to say he was less than interested in hearing about it and basically brushed it off as "not his problem". I have rented from Uhaul from years...and this is by far the WORST experience i have ever had. I will not be doing business with you again.

I had the worst experience. I reserved a 26ft truck and the day before pick up I was called and told there are literally no trucks in the area. My husband spoke with someone and found us a 20ft truck 65 miles away and then a trailer the opposite direction. Considering we were moving out of state I had to accept this. We were told we would be given the trailer for free and extra miles would be added, this of course never happened. When I picked up the truck I was promised by the associate a manager would call me to discuss the situation, again I never received a call. We ended up having to leave some of our items behind due to there not being enough room. Today I was called at 4pm because my truck was late being dropped off although I was told my drop off time was 5:30. The customer service agent was able to extend my drop off time to 5:30 without any charges. I told him we were promised additional mileage due to us having to drive so far to pick up truck. He was able to add the mileage however was not able to reimburse us for the trailer. He told me when I dropped off the location would be able to. When I dropped off the trailer and truck the associate told me he was not able to reverse any charges. I had him call Jesse in the traffic dept. we called and Jessie told me he would look into it. This has been a truly awful experience. At the last minute I was told there are no trucks I then had to drive for a hour and half to pick up a smaller truck. I had to use gas in my as well as pay for gas in the uhaul to drive those 65+ miles. I wasn’t even able to take all my belongings because there was not enough room and I was promised to be reimbursed, was not and have been given the run around. I will never use uhaul again and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of these issues and the horrible customer service

Truck should have been rented with a full fuel tank but it was more than half empty and then they expected fuel used to be estimated and purchased or they were going to charge a fuel surcharge.

U-Hauls policy on not being able to add the equipment insurance after 30 minutes of leaving the rental facility I felt was rediculas. I was very disappointed in the company policy. When people are moving, they are typically financially pushed to the limits so "I" chose to save the $70. Yes, my bad decision so I called U-Haul, asked to add the optional insurance & was denied. I was 15 minutes past your 30 minute policy. Luckily, I ultimately didn't need it & had no issues with our 1300 mile move but was sorely disappointed in your policy.

Except for the guy who called and threatened to give the trailer to someone else if we didn’t get down there and pick it up “righ away,” all went fairly well. Also we were not able to unhitch the trailer after it was loaded which was pretty inconvenient at the time. I would say the customer service at my usual location on Evergreen Way in Everett is a bit nicer.

1. My primary concern is that this independent Uhaul store's rental cost went from $19.95 rental cost + mileage for a few hours of use to a grand total of $140.94 + $28.50 of fuel to top it off. The real frustrating part is that the folks at the SAS Food Mart could not explain why the billing went from what should be about $40-50 for a few hours use to $160. They said that there was nothing they could do. I feel they are inexperienced in the system and are possibly playing a game of "confused / lost in translation". I don't know why I would ever return for personal or for commercial use by my company or any of my colleagues. I'd recommend going to Penske or other more professional (and perhaps more honest) retailers.

The inside of the truck I rented was disgusting. It has mud all over the steering wheel, the doors and handles. There was garbage left over from the previous rental, I presume. The gas have was at Half a tank when I got it. I was told to fill it back to half a tank. I came to return truck and was verbally bereraed about it being 5\8 full. Not the best place to rent from

The staff did a great job taking care of me quickly and the equipment was perfect. The location of the store, however is an a part of town which attracts people who perhaps are not safe. Because the trucks are behind the store, I think I would have to think twice about being there by myself.

When I scheduled this all online I had put in for a very specific option where I didn't have to speak to anyone and I could do it all via the website.... None of it was the case, it scheduled my time for 2.5 hours later than I wanted, and also sent me to a completely different location. Luckily I called to confirm the time and fix it, as not one representative from uhaul contacted me as they we supposed to. Even left a message that went unreturned for 2.5 days. Then the self checkout didn't work at all. Pictures wouldn't load and was just a pain in the ass. Don't offer these online things if they don't work. Also make your scheduling accurate. It was all confirmed when I did it online but turned out it was all wrong. Not this locations fault, this was uhaul themselves.

This is a gas station with no designated U-Haul attendant, which means that even though you make a reservation you have to stand around & wait until they have no customers before they will assist you with your reservation. Also the truck that I drove is not in a safe driving condition. The equipment needs to be inspected.
