Customer service relocated pick up location without any apology. I made reservation 24/7 pick up truck but it didn't happen when I get there. I drove extra 10 miles. I don't know it is system mistake or someone didn't work right.SEUNG H L.

The mobile check in did not work and kept giving me an error message. I went inside and they gave me the key. Then I returned the vehicle 3 hours later and gave the key back to the store operator. Yet, I was charged an additional $40 for not using the mobile return. When I called Uhaul to ask questions they said their system was down and would have to call me back. It has been all day and I have not heard back.Jason S.
Truck was nice but only had 1/2 tAnk of fuel and was 2 qt low on oil which we made them put in. Also windshield washer fluid. This was a new truck with 11760 miles on it. Have you trained these people. This isNOT an approximate dealer for UHaulHerbert C.

Stop changing the pick up location and time. i was scheduled for a 9:00 pick up only to have Uhaul change it to 2:00, reason unknown. When i arrived at the pick up location, there were 3 trucks of the size I ordered available. The clerk at the location was curt and not very helpful.Karen A.

We were forced to take a smaller than desired truck because a 26' truck was 45 minutes from our loading location. Not something we were advised about until 24 hrs before move date. We had hired movers through the U-haul network and couldn't afford using up their allotted time with traveling to the far away location. It was not something we were advised of when we made the original reservation in August. So much for planning ahead. Obviously 'first come first serve' meant nothing since there were 26' trucks on the lot of our preferred location as we drove to the other spot. The lack of truck space resulted in us leaving behind a large amount of our belongings in storage and now we'll have to do it all again. Uhaul sucks as far as I'm concerned. So who is going to give us back our time and expense that would have just been incremental with the proper equipment and better treatment of repeat customer. The only thing Uhaul has going for them are their employees and local reps. We should have just hired a full service provider since it will cost us more now with the double rental.Stephen M.

My truck was in back where I was very isolated, other than the junky nodding off. Very uncomfortable and unsafe feeling. Same experience when I returned the truck. I had to take photos of the truck and I didn't feel safe being outside in back of a run down convenience store.Katrina H.

I was charged for a utility dolly and didn't receive it, I was charged $50 more than I was 2 days prior for the same size but with extra's. It had damage inside that you could trip over.Brigitte L.

Completely unorganized. No care for the customer. Truck is dirty and a poor condition. As for customer service, I was almost scammed. I used 4.5 gallons and filled 5 gallons up. When I returned it they stated I didn't fill enough gas. I refused to pay anything extra and they were trying to nickel and dime me. Luckily they let that go. This is an unsightly location and people working their don't look like employees. They just wanted me to pay and get out. Never again will I come back here. Be aware!!!!!!Robert B.

My agreement with U-Haul was a 10am pickup of a 10' box van at the Lynnwood, Wa location. On the U-Haul site, it was a confirmed location where the correct truck would be. When I got there, they had no reservation and no truck. I was forced to drive to the Everett location ( Sas Food Market) where their paperwork said it wouldn't be available till 4pm because it was reserved for someone else. The original location (Lynnwood - 19130 Hwy 99) did nothing but shrug their shoulders & made no effort to call U-Haul corporate to help get it resolved and claimed my truck was not reserved. On the other hand, the gas station owner in Everett called on my behalf and after 20 minutes was able to convince U-Haul reservations to honor my reservation. Lesson learned - beware of U-Hauls on line reservation system - even though they gave a promise that the correct truck at the agreed time was reserved at that specific location, that apparently is often not the case. That can be expensive when, like me, you've hired people to help you move, not to mention the lost time. To U-Hauls (minor) credit, they did at least credit me the 40 extra miles I had to drive to get the moving van.MICHAEL S.

We've rented from here 3 or 4 times, I've been ignored every time I've walked in, when there is someone within 3 feet behind the counter, this woman takes the Gold Medal for lack of customer service skills, my wife reiterated the same when she went in to drop off the key, and I hadn't even told her how rudely I was treated. I finally had to say something, that I had a Uhaul scheduled for 11 a.m. the lady came over in a rude abrupt manner, motioned me to step aside so she could wait on another customer behind me in line. She did the same to my wife. Then the man, looks like her husband, maybe, which has helped me before, who has actually always been fairly polite and actually has some customer service skills, waited on me. By this point I'm already irritated. The trucks we've rented from here: The steering is always off, they oversteer, brakes aren't solid, and they are always dirty. This location is a homeless and drug colony. I've mentioned it to the owner in the past, that no one is going to want to rent from them, if they have to see a freak show every time they go to pick up and drop off. He told me, yes, we've called the police, and they won't do anything. Not my problem. When returning the Uhaul, I was pumping the gas, while my wife went inside to return the keys. There's a guy making a B-Line towards me, no mask, looked like he was one of the people that hang around in front of the Gas Station. I didn't know who he was, so I said something to him in Spanish. He started getting confrontational with me, and asked what I said. I told him, I said, hey what's up, what do you need. No mask, I want to stop him before he gets right next to my face and gives me the Coronavirus. He should be wearing a fricking mask, the rest of us have to, can't say I like it much either , but these are supposed to be business people, and abide by the same guidelines we're supposed to abide by when we enter stores or any public place. He got mad, blah....blah.....blah...."you just assume I don't work here." Yes, the fact you're not wearing a mask, and you're talking like a gangster to every drug addict that pulls up in their car, and the homeless people hanging around , kind of led me to believe, you were one of the local hang arounds, and might be asking me for spare change. He comes back out of the gas station, talking with one of the hang around homeless people outside, smoking a cigarette, they're buddies. He just kept looking at me in my car shaking his head taunting. What it appears like to my wife and I is that they pay this guy a few bucks to go check the trucks, so the rude lady can stay in her store and continue to be rude to people, not sure who he was, because he wasn't wearing a mask, or Uhaul shirt. The rude lady, tells us she's charging us for not folding the blankets. First, no one said we had to fold the blankets. Second, I'm not going to hang around too long at a place where there's drug addicts, homeless people, not wearing masks, smells like urine, and get the Coronavirus or some other communicable disease. Good to the guy for working, but they may want to provide him a mask, teach him how to wear it, teach him some customer service skills, and get him a turtle neck, to cover up all the tattoos on his neck. Not a good look. How would I describe this location to friends or family. Rude, No masks for the guy checking the gas and mileage on the truck, marginal trucks, freak show, homeless and drug addicts hanging out front every time, drug addicts pulling up and conversating with their buddies that apparently live out front of the store. Super sad. This is how society and a business looks when it has collapsed. We won't be renting from this location anymore. When you think about a business that cuts corners, and doesn't treat their customers with common cou rtesy and respect, this one will be right there on top of my list. Yep, that's a lot, but this place is the bottom of the barrel, and I couldn't not say something, because it's that bad. Sorry, these people, simply don't have the personnel and resources to properly run a gas station/mini mart and Uhaul rental location. They're always busy stocking shelves, missing, and rude when you finally get someone to help, except for the husband, but it's very apparent, he's in over his head as well, because he's rushed, speaks in unintelligible sentences when helping, like the customer renting the Uhaul is an afterthought. He has always been fairly polite, though. Not his wife, or whoever she is. We're done with this location. It's convenient, but not clean or professional. Most Uhaul locations, the customer service sucks, but this place really sucks. 1 rediculously lousy star for this business, and it doesn't even deserve that.JAMES B.

Vehicles are dirty but work well. Would recommend bringing window cleaner and paper towels for the windshield and side view mirrors. Also, during checkin, Chrome did not work for the 24-hour checkin process. Would recommend you use Safari or another web browser if using a smart phone. The staff were excellent!GERALD B.
