Patricia PI actually turned in my truck on Sunday night, not Monday. I swept it out and it was in the condition in the front as I received it. There was a notice that I should have had a $25 dollar credit for sweeping out the truck. We did not make it dirty but there was a thin layer of dirt. Also I did not appreciate being asked to not take the truck to the facility in where I live. The alternative was to bring the truck to my home. Turn around and drive south again for 60 miles and then find transportation back home.

LESLIE OThere was nobody at the business kind of sketchy Hal the equipment was stored. All the equipment was outside. Nobody there to check the tow dolly in, and just in general nobody there.
Robert MI was hoping for a truck with a ramp attachment. This one didn't have one. Heavier items would have been easier with a ramp instead of just steps. But overall, still a good truck.
david mIt's a lot with an office, not fancy, but fine. Lots of snow, so some trailers might have been more challenging to get to. We had no problem getting our truck! Everything went very smoothly and the gentleman there was super friendly even when we barely made it on time!
Cindy WThe UHaul I rented was parked in a huge mud puddle and there was 2 to 3 feet of snow on the drivers side. My daughter fell getting to the driver door. My pick up location was changed last minute and was 30 miles away. We were told we would get additional mileage and it did not happen and caused a problem at drop off. I wasn’t able to download the U-Haul app because the location had poor Internet service. I had to go to a different town to use the Internet and then when I downloaded the app, it would not let me access my account unless I was right in front of the location. The location had poor Internet service and it was a struggle to get service. Location of key box was wrong.

Reese did not have one but he found one available in Sacramento, CA. He made a reservation for me and made sure of their hours since I was picking up on a Sunday. Kurt HAfter having more than one sub-par experiences with Uhaul in other areas, I was SO INCREDIBLY happy for the amazing trailer rental we had at this location. Mike (?) was very helpful and generous and made everything really easy...even when he was in the middle of having to deal with someone crashing into and wrecking his fence! Will definitely not hesitate to do business here again. Thank you!

Was thorough in his review of the truck and trailer. He even sent a text to give specific driving directions to the store! I hope never to need the trailer again, but if I did, Reese would be who I'd call.
Matthew SMy wife and I were told there were no one-way 4' x 8' U-haul rentals to be had in Redding, CA (after being assured that one would be available for us), but we managed to learn that one was available for pickup an hour north in Mount Shasta, CA. Reese Sarti went out of his way to meet us on a Saturday morning (when he's not usually open and had plans of his own), and couldn't have been nicer. A big thank you to Reese for going above and beyond!
Craig HIf the location is closed or unmanned, (as in this location), then Uhaul should make the customer aware of the fact and the fact that the customer will be required to figure out the extensive pickup procedure by themselves. I would not have been able to accomplish this if I didn't possess a smart phone and sufficient charge to go through the lengthy procedure. It was extremely frustrating.

Anthony PThe pick up key was not in the box. I had to call three Uhaul representatives to finally get the lock on truck combo, which once opened were the keys to the truck. This wasted about 2 hours time where I had movers waiting for me. The inside of the truck smelled like a skunk , which I thought marijuana.
