This location is Very hard to get to. I had to drive around the 40 hwy block twice before we found the entrance. Had to drive through a River to get to my rental. The actual Service was great inside the office.

Dannie at Santa fe tow was amazing will definitely recommend. Had to move 2 new couches to lake home and retrieve 2 older large couches, was big head ache till I called local uhaul co( Santa fe Tow) she helped me get 15ft truck just perfect and was easy to drive great experience will use again. Worth the $.

Well...when filling the the truck up with gas when we were done, we were instructed to fill it to 3/4 thank full. The gas guage in the truck had an issue. Thought we had 3/4 but then it went on to 7/8 full. We put $50 in the truck which was an over. Yet we went 14 miles over the 150 miles. And were charged $6.25. Doesnt seem fair if you ask me!

Well for starters, when I reserved the truck, the total price was to be $139.00. Then the location as to where I was to pick up the truck was moved to another city. Then the mileage was lowered from 60 miles to 30, until the clerk moved it back up. And to top it all off, the amount was $189.00 and some change. I have been a customer to U-Haul for over 38 years. And to be charged an increased amount was very pathetic at best. If I am a loyal customer, then why are you not a loyal provider???

I had reserved a one way drop off in down town Kansas City and it was on my credit card. My son-in-law went to pick it up and my order was changed without my approval. It needed up costing a lot more because the contract was changed. He said the clerk told him it was cheaper if it was changed. It needed up costing me a lot more.

I Didnt Sign Up For This Location, Because It Was So Far Away From My Storage But Uhaul Gave Me What They Had I Guess . Was Confused On How Things Worked Paying For The Truck Wise Even After Asking Several Questions. (maybe she didnt understand my questions?, idk. ) But It Worked Out. Was Easy To Check In And Out. I Left My Car In the Only Spot Available To Park. About 30 Mins Later The Receptionist Called Asking To Move My Car , They Did Compensate The Milage On That. Cool And Laid Back Staff.

There were computer problems that delayed by initial checkout but the folks at Santa Fe Tow Service worked to get me on the road as quickly as possible. It's a convenient location for renting in Blue Springs, MO.

There was a moving item that was forgotten to be placed in the truck that I had to return to the location to get. I dont believe I should of been charged for the mileage to return to get the moving sled or the item as a courtesy. This was an error on the vendors part not mine.

I rented the enclosed trailer to haul antique furniture on a rainy weekend. Subsequently the trailer leaked and the antique furniture got wet. I was very disappointed!

I questioned my cost. Last time I used this location (which I would use again) I rented it on a weekend for 2 days and drove twice as many miles. I think I may have been overcharged somehow. I would like to compare my end of March cost to this cost. Maybe someone can email me why I was charged son much on a Monday. Danny and her crew were very wonderful. Thank you! Michelle Williams

The customer service that called me to confirm my rental truck the day before my move was extremely rude. I was told I needed to pick up the truck over 45 minutes away because the location I selected didn't have the size truck I requested online. After going back and forth with her, she finally told me there was a cancellation at my preferred location, which I thought was odd given the fact that we had to go back and forth about it and I had booked my truck online 2 weeks prior. I would recommend that the customer service agents receive more training, that the online service provides accurate information on whats available so when the agents call the day before to confirm they aren't putting stress on the customer.

Cab smelled like cigarettes and there were chips everywhere. When I reserved the U-Haul I was not made aware of the set mileage requirements for the one way drive. That should be highlighted on the website when you pay.
