ANURAG J.The lady at the desk was extremely rude. I rented a dolly on Saturday and was told to bring it back on Sunday. However the place was closed on Sunday so I called and was told to bring it back Monday before they close. So i come Monday evening after work and she was upset, very rude and wanted to charge me for the 2 and a half days. I said I was told I wouldn't be charged because of the mix up, she then got upset rolled her eyes told me the price and said next time to take down names because she didn't say that. EXTREMELY RUDE NEVER COMING AGAIN

MICHELLE G.This location for pick was very very inconvenient for my move. Unfortunately, I was only able to use the truck for one day , although I did need it for 2plus days. I had to drive so far , over 2 hours to just pick up this truck. Then on my drop off location is not located where I am moving to either so I had to fund someone to drive me back to my new apartment which was also inconvenient. I didn't like this service at all and went so much out of my way to get this moving truck. Very dissatisfied

JEFFERY B.I had an existing reservation for >1month for a 20 foot truck. 3 days before my move I was contacted and told it was not available and given a location >15 miles away as the nearest location. I had already chosen my drop off location previously. Upon changing my reservation, my drop off location was changed to >1 hour away from my move location without telling me. This created a huge problem from me on moving day. This was extremely unprofessional and I will not be recommending this service or service location to any other friends/family. One positive was that the mobile app was useful in checking in and dropping off.

The truck had very loose steering. And had trouble shifting under small load. Office was nice and was immediately checking truck.

Thomas O.Reserved wed, 11/21 guy left without telling anyone, waited for someone to get back to me for 1 1/2 hr no compensation nothing, had to cancel Thanksgiving at my home because No truck to get my new furniture for my guest. Finally got a live person to reserve on 11/24, went ok, it smelled & had couple of dents/scratches we told them about & we took pic of gas & mileage before we drove away. Took pic & put gas to 1/2 like it was given to us & took same picture as people did and they over charged me $3 & some change, not a big deal but WHY?? 1 they didn't show me what they had but I showed them mine picture that we took of ONLY Trip A for our around trip. Not coming here for anything and don't recommend. I was told by friends they too had bad experience here at 110 Academy Sanger, CA!!
