Worker directed us as to where to park the van and then took the keys. Hours later I got a bill for more miles than I had actually driven.

MARION HVery hard to find. Need signage to bettet identify the drop off location. Very small area. However the lady running the shop was very nice.
DARWIN AI rented the truck and made a stop at my bank.. On the way back to the truck I noticed something on the roof of the cab and it was a framing hammer! Luckily I stopped at the bank, if not I could have damaged someones vehicle on the highway. How did a hammer get on top of the damn truck!? Will post pics on online review for reference.

Tim SIncredibly poor service from UHual's phone service. App was not working, preventing me from being able to use it to pick up my UHual at 6am as I needed and my day was planned. It was UHual's App not functioning, but I was told I would just have to pay an extra day's charge and pick the truck up the night before. IT WAS UHUAL'S PROBLEM, AND YOU WANTED TO FORCE ME TO PAY AN EXTRA DAY BECAUSE OF UHUAL'S ERRORS!!!!! I received incredibly great service from Marie at the Austin Ave, Georgetown, TX location. She needs to run the customer service for the entire UHual! She knows how to proved excellent service to her customers. I cannot say enough disgust about the call-in UHual customer (lack of) service policies. I cannot say enough good about the local UHual customer service I received from Marie.

And Stop Allowing Me The Customer/Consumers Fall Into Endangered Contract Signing Just Because The Contract TIs Invalid Per Stated That No Employee Nor Personnel WAS Present To Release The Rental Nor Return Of The Rental Equipment And These Terms Were Faulty Under All Circumstances And UHAUL Shall Accept More Responsibility Of Its Very Own Rental Policies And NOT The Consumer Just Because The Location Is Closed And There Is No Person To Person Measures To Meet The QUALITY and Policy Standards Of Uhaul Inc. That I Must State Is Poor Customer Service And Unsafe Practices And IN The Me The Customer Suffers From The Falls In Signing Unexplained Contracts. When IN The Beginning It A Risk Of Poor Business Practices. And Because Of This Unsatisfactory With The Uhaul Rental I AM At This Time REQUESTING A FULL REFUND FOR My Experience OfVery Poor Customer Service. On Behalf Of The Needs Of This Process WAS Non- Satisfaction Because Lack Of Professional Customer Support And Illegal Service Practices That I Had To Endure On Behalf Of UHAUL UNSAFE PRACTICE WITH RENTAL SERVICES AND SUPPORT TECHNIQUES AND THE NEEDS THAT WERE NOT MET FOR THE TYPE OF RENTAL THAT I HAD RESERVED AND THE QUALITY OF THE RENTAL WAS INSUFFICIENT AND DID NOT MEET THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE NEEDS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IN WHICH I RESERVED UNÐER THE REQUEST TO RENT A UHAUL VAN AND NOT A MOBING TRUCK WHICH WAS VERY INCONVENIENT TO MEET MY RESERVATION WHICH I HAD RESERVED AND REQUEST. mabel sOriginal attempt to reserve the trailer size was confusing in that it was indicated that Sandy's Place did not have the trailer and that I could pick it up at another location which was out of my way. When I checked this other location, they knew nothing about my reservation. Finally after a face to face with Sandy, I was able to pick up the trailer at the time specified. The confusion was not Sandy's fault!
Andy CLocation did not have all the equipment we ordered. I am not sure if this was the fault of Sandys Place or the UHaul company. I feel that it was more the fault of the UHaul reservation system that caused the problem.

Elio CI was really disappointed with this location. I picked up the truck on Saturday Morning. Immediately upon starting the truck the check engine light was on. I asked the lady if I could have another truck and she said that the gas cap was loose when it came in and that the light would go off, and if it didn't I should bring back the truck. seriously...? I had loaders at the house, and a schedule to keep. Can't tell you how fun it was for a single 60+ year old woman driving 2 dogs over 600 miles wondering when the light would go off. Hint: it didn't.

Carlos RI dropped the trailer before 2pm and the lady checked it in at 8pm. There are cameras everywhere they can check. Also, I tried to check-in online but the app couldn't find my location.

Jerry MThey did not have the utility dolly I requested. They did offer a regular dolly at no cost, but it is not the same. There was no communication about this until I went to pick up the truck.
Brian ASandy is a very nice person and everything went just smooth and without any problems!!..She is helpful and kind , plus fast and professional!!! I love renting out at her Store and at the Corner of Uhaul you can get your gas filled up right there!!..Very convenient...勺
BARBARA Ethe Uhual said it was open, but nobody was there, and the building was locked. the drop box was attached to a shed next to storage units. i have to park the truck in an alley and leave the keys. still have no idea why there wasn't anyone there.
Brayden MI booked a one-way rental, the lady who handled the paperwork was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. She looked up the U-Haul drop off sites at the end of my trip for me. She took me outside to show me with truck it was on a very cold and windy day. I highly recommend Sandy's.

Clarence GI think overall Uhaul is not a cheap option anymore and it is way to expensive for just some hours of use !!!...Uhaul advertise a cheap rental on Trucks / Trailers etc.etc..but at the End they will lose customers !!!...The Service was very nice at the chosen Location, but the rental policies are way to high !!!...

Carolina PI was skeptical about getting a trailer from a non Uhaul dealer, but the lady who handled the transaction was extremely friendly and helpful when I picked up the trailer. I would give her a 15 out of 10. I was having a bad day and her friendliness cheered me up. I would highly recommend.
