I rented a 5x9 trailer for 3 days and returned it as I should on the evening of the 3rd day, the gal that works there said I will email you a receipt I said thank you and went home. Next day I get an email from Uhaul saying I didn't complete my contract because I didn't return the trailer. I called the gal there and he says well you just returned the trailer yesterday (Monday) (I returned it on Sunday) I was like Sir, I returned it on Sunday I have the call here I made to you on Sunday at 6:41 pm to let you know we were outside with the trailer, he was like weren't you the one stuck in Albuquerque? Obviously we were not so I don't know if this gal is having memory problems or is really good at faking it now I have a charge for a late return!! Won't be using this place ever again.Amarely C.
Though these people were friendly, they did not have a functional computer system so the whole transaction was done on a cellphone and no print out of this service was available. Also we were not told to return the unit to a specific location, so we ended up running around to drop it off.Tom H.

The location is also the site of a Bait and Tackle shop so the property is rural and has lots of other vehicles and equipment. I wouldn't call it â€˜clean and inviting' but it IS convenient and the only UHaul rental/return location for 30 miles. The staff is very friendly and helpful!Juliana J.

I've used S&S Bait & Tackle twice now, and every time they're extremely friendly and easy to get along with. I don't recall the gentleman's name, but he is very helpful each time and makes for a great experience. Would recommend using this location to others.AARON TAYLOR K.

Auto transport had a blowout on I40 at 330 am. Dash warning lights for brake system kept coming on. Not their fault I understand. My original contract was modified and I was charged for trailer insurancethat I did not request. I will use this location again they have been there a long time and provide good service.ERNIE D.

This location was VERY hard to find particularly at night. No lighting, and way out in the boonies. Unless you are on top of this location you wouldn't have found it, lucky I had a GPS system. I couldn't get my contract as their printer was not working. The dispatcher was friendly enough, but he had a LARGE dog walking around that started barking and coming at me which scared the crap out of me. Wouldn't want to go there again neither in the day or night. I had a VERY HARD TIME finding this places' phone number to get an idea as to when the truck would be available. your 800 number staff are very STUPID PEOPLE, AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING NOR THEY SEEMED AS THEY GAVE A DAMN ABOUT THE INFORMATION THEY WERE GIVING ME. They kept giving me a phone number that would lead me to the original 800 number, and it took me over an hour of FRUSTRATION, bordering ANGER by the time someone there gave me the correct number to that particular location. AND of course I had to travel almost 30 miles ONE WAY north of where I lived to pick up this truck which had less than a quarter tank of fuel to be greeted by a man that didn't appear that he had showered, or shaved in a month.. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND, LET ALONE USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I was always under the impression that your representative inspected the truck with the new renter, but this DID NOT HAPPEN, so I had better not be held responsible for the broken passenger rear view mirror or missing thing where there was a hole where something fell or taken out. Of course, DON'T get me started on the OUTRAGIOUS fees that you are charging. I understand these locations are subcontractors of your company, but you really should be more selective as to where and to whom you choose to represent your company.roberto L.
