dave BRAGGI rented a van to move my belongings I was told that everything works on the van as I get to moving my stuff I noticed that the side door doesn’t work an it just made my move longer by not haveing access to all doors if I knew the door was broken I would have not rented from your guys I’m disappointed it made my move longer than expected.I want half of what I paid back it’s not fair you guys are renting broken vehicles!!!.

andrew turnerEntry at this location is a narrow drive with steep drop off on either side; be careful entering! Also lobby is cluttered with tire products from the location's primary business. Location did not have all the equipment I reserved. However staff was attentive and helpful.

Aaron LindseyShort hours. They are only open 9-12 each day. Small crowded lot. Longer hours would be helpful. It appears to just be a side business with their other hitch business. It was convenient for the drop off, but the online check-in didn't work at all. This wasn't their fault. Evidently it's a known issue by U-Haul.

antonio ValdezWwe ordered 2 furniture dolleys, which weren't available. I was on hold for about 20 minutes trying to find someplace near us to get the dolleys. I was told there were none available in the Portland area--this would've been nice to know when we placed the order. Needless to say, it was a major hassle for me and my daughters to load without these. Not very happy with Uhaul.

Wilbert WarrenS & R didn't have the equipment that I ordered so we burned through 2 hours driving to Hillsboro to get the things I ordered. The outside of the truck was dirty as was the inside of the cab and when I tried to notify through the app it wouldn't allow me to take a picture. The odometer reading was off and when I tried to update the odometer and fuel reading through the app it didn't work so I was charged a bunch of extra money due to these inconveniences. I was charged 50 extra miles and two rental periods because of tech problems.

Launa DeGiustiThe tow dolly was missing a tail light. The sales man was nice enough to call Uhaul and take care of the issue. I had to drive to another uhaul location to get the light installed. Not huge but still an inconvenience that I was in a time crunch to hit the road. I was provided with a discount and I didn't have to talk to anyone to complain. I appreciate his diligence in taking care of the issue.

Mariur SokauInitially this was not the spot I was going to pick up my trailer. I was told by the Uhaul store on Tualatin valley hwy (after just speaking to them an hour prior and confirming my reservation) that the trailer was not at the location I requested and was in fact 12 miles In the opposite direction. not only was the equipment not in the place I reserved but I had to pick up a day early to meet my timeline.

Darrell RoseThe employees were friendly and helpful. We requested 3 weeks prior to have dolly,hand cart 12 pads and a 6x12 trailer at a specific location. A few days prior we were informed it worked need to be a different location for pickup. When we arrived they had the trailer, and the band cart. Zero blankets and zero dolly. When making a long distance move with limited time, this was frustrating. We had to drive to another location for the dolly and use our own blankets to protect the furniture. Our expectation with reserving well in advance was that our needs would be met. They were not. For the price we pay, that was a disappointment.

Still, i feel there could be steps taken to ensure that prior customers don't leave odors behind or to clean up after. I'm suspecting that the drop off facility charged extra to clean again due to the odor which was not caused by me.
