TRUCK: Engine light on. The entire trip, horn didn’t work, high-beam switch wasn’t working, transmission sticks in low gears especially up hills. SERVICE: was great! Cindy was very efficient, cheerful, attentive, smart and kind.

It was pouring- driver side windshield wipers did not work. They were so worn down they didn’t even touch the winsheild. Appliance dolly was not in truck - I had to go to another location to get one.

Picked up a car hauler and received terrible customer service. They barely knew how to hook up the trailer. Seemed like a mom and 2 young sons running the U-Haul business. All 3 could not stop looking at their phones. Poor eye contact and no communication skills.

Cargo truck was dirty when picked up. Yummy bears and candy all over the floor. Headlights were pointing in all directions but the road. Horrible. I have videos and pictures of when I picked up the truck.

The whole process is fantastic!!! Cindy who worked the front desk was very informative and extremely helpful!!! Rylan, the young man that helped out showing me where the trailer was and how to work it, was phenomenal, extremely friendly and very well behaved for a young man in this era🙏👍💪💪🤣. Highly recommend this location.

The property is not maintained. Units are literally failing apart and left untouched. Wall/panel debris is all over the property and repairs not done. Would not recommend this facility

I rented continually for many years and the storage facilities deteriorated every single year. At first we had electricity in each unit ….. FYI …. I vacated in the month of March 2023 and I was paid up through March 31, 2023. Your narrative that I vacated on 6/26/23 is incorrect plus I emailed y’all my intentions in mid March

We left our ski boat in this storage unit for less than 2 months while moving and while it was there an animal ripped up the seats. The manager did nothing to help with repairs. I do not recommend.
