Staff at this location were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The younger employee I worked with was particularly helpful. I would definitely visit this location again.
MATTHEW MI cannot remember his name but the individual working the North 281 location on Saturday (26 April) at 0800, was extremely competent, handling a long line of customers quickly and efficiently. He was very personable and friendly as well. His professionalism and good personality are the reasons I will use that location again.

JONATHAN RSo the owner came out and asked me to return the vehicle to his location. I was scheduled to deliver it near my new home. What happens is I drove it back to him, as he said he would make it right, if I were to do that. Well, I was charged for the gas and the miles to bring it to him. This is dishonest. I should not be charged for doing what I was asked to do by a shop owner. The other location was much, much closer and I did not have to return it to him.

CHRISTOPHER AFor some reason after the equipment was returned on time, I started receiving texts and emails that it was overdue. I called the location, and was assured that the trailer was returned on time. I continued to receive emails from U-haul to return the equipment. Maybe the employees aren't entering the data?
KIFFINY BWhen I try to reserve a trailer from this location for a future rental, it doesn't show up as an option when I'm using uhaul.com even though they told me they have plenty of trailers for the date I need one. Why doesn't it show up?

Con SPicking up the truck was easy and quick with the online check in option, there was just a mishap with the rentable dolly. While making the reservation I added one to my order but realized I didn't need it. When I picked up the truck the attendant took the dolly out of the back, when I mentioned that I added one to my reservation but I didn't need it I was assured it wasn't on my bill. When I returned I was indeed charged for the item I didn't use and was told I would be refunded but they couldn't complete the refund at that exact moment and I would be emailed. Not sure if the refund was submitted or not but I would suggest the staff review the charges before completing and closing the contract, especially since I mentioned I didn't need the dolly.
Angela HI plan to recommend this location to anyone and everyone who asks… they were quick, efficient, kind and very understanding. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them. I've moved many many times… this was the best truck rental ever.

JEFFREY AGot a random text from U-Haul about drop off return time so another family could use the trailer. My contract said 10am return, but that wasn't an option in the text response offered. I selected the earliest time available which was 1:30 pm. That evening got an email that i was late for my drop off and extra charges might apply and my. Contact was terminated. I dropped it off at contracted location at scheduled time and wasn't charged extra. No big deal but very confusing and alarming. Hopefully this issue will be corrected. I will use U-Haul again in the future even though they made me feel like I was doing something wrong.
Ronnie BI rented a 10' Van and a 6'x12' trailer with a ramp. All was good until this morning went I tried to start the truck, the battery was dead. This was after I had loaded the family and was ready to go. I called the rental location and was told that I had to call the "Roadside Assistance" number listed on the side of the van. I was not successful in reaching anyone so I flagged a driver and he was generous to provide a boost to the dead battery. I noticed that the cables were oxidized. I returned the vehicle and trailer and asked if I could get a "discount" of some sort for my duress this morning. The attendant apologized and said there was nothing he could do. He suggested I call "Corporate". This was not a good experience and I will not be recommending place or U-Haul to my associates if that is how business is conducted.

STEPHEN KThe truck overall was fine other than a broken sun visor which appeared to have been broken for quite a while and the a/c didn't work well at all. Other than that the truck ran fine and everything was in order. The employees at this location were SUPER friendly and nice to work with.
