Not only was the equipment excellent but the young lady that helped me she was above excellent nice kind she was someone that I enjoy meeting and I would if for some reason or another need another U-Haul I would hesitate to go back. God bless you.

Location was very dirty and disorganized. Truck was in very poor shape. Cracked windshield, check engine light was on, gas light was on. When renting a truck on a time limit putting fuel in the truck shouldn't be the very first thing you have to do. The online pickup is a joke I was dropeed off at the trucks Location and waiting in the parking lot in 90+ degree weather for 20 minutes be for my pickup was approved.. after this experience I cannot in good faith recommend that anyone use u-haul. Save yourself some money and frustration and just use penske!!!

some how for the first timer is some difficulty on a cell phone instead using computer, if I call and talk to a representative and upload my my face shoot and Driver license front and back is much easier, it took me hour and a half out sun and hot weather and the lock box was also hard to open may be need some lubrication since it outside rain and shine. But I get my job done. This is a suggestion not a complaint.

Absolute disaster. The business opens at 9am. I set to pick-up at that time. The owner did not arrive until after 10. I did all the sign-up online and he said I had to do it again. So, it took roughly 30 minutes to get the truck. The truck transmission was terrible. The gears kept shifting and it was difficult to get it in the right gear. We went 8.10 miles and the gas gauge hadn't moved but they still charged us for 2 gallons of gas. I would never use this business again for anything. Completely ridiculous experience and there were three other people that were there behind us having to deal with the same wait.

I was told that I would get an email on Friday of the combo on the truck an truck keys would be in back of truck. I never got that. I called on sat an was informed that I had to do all kinds of stuff on my phone to get the truck kep. I was out there for over an hour talking to uhaul on my phone trying to get this done..dl pictures etc. Finally got the combo to get truck key. I was one hour behind on starting me lease time. I will never rent for this place again. Seems that the lady who started the rental does not know what she is doing.

Tell the person making the reservation to know what they are doing. I got a one way and it was put in to return to this location not the location on ringgold rd. I feel also i was over charged for a one way trip.

Double check that you have the correct email address and phone number for the customer that you are dealing with. We spent over an hour on the phone with u-haul only to find out that it had been placed in my daughter in laws name. She was never mentioned on any of the reservations.

You have to make a u-turn to get in this facility when coming from the interstate… finding a place to turn around a 26ft truck can be challenging.

I lost an hour of my time because I showed up at at 10am and no one was there. I had to wait an hour for someone to show up and the guy told me they aren't open on weekends. So why does google say that and why did my u-haul pick here to rent

They didn't want to help check it in told us to do it,no receipt or knowledge of what there doing it's a garage here they fix cars U Haul should be more helpful and inviting to customers it was the worst experience ever!!!

The car hauler had a broken ramp latch. The U Haul app had me return the trailer to a dealer that had been closed for at least 6 months. After I got there with it and saw it was out of business, I had to find a viable location to return it.

A/C in truck did not work. Was not made aware of this before renting truck. When it is 80+ outside and I am moving I would like a truck with A/C.

Left my Kia there , when I got Uhaul. When I returned with truck, I settled up with them,then go out to my Kia n right front driver's side of my. Kia was damaged n crunched. I ask who did it , the owner confessed he did it. Then I got verbally cussed n called MF n was told to get out of his place of business. I then called the police n am going to file a case against the owner, for verbal abuse n wrecking my Kia, when he moved it with his wrecker truck. No I wouldn't recommend doing business with this business. Tonia Gobdon

Truck was dirty and took us an hour to clean before loading. The gas was not full but 3/4 tank when they said it was full several times, even when I asked again. Then I was charged $27 at return because I returned it at 3/4. The moving blankets were dirty and stained and not folded neatly. They didn't have the number of blankets I ordered and barely had 6. Their site is junky, hazardous and filthy. Would not recommend!

I rented my truck and took note of the miles to empty as I left. It read 137 and about 3/8 of a tank. I have rented and returned A LOT of rental trucks from UHaul and their competitors, so I am very familiar with the return process. I filled my tank to 142 miles to empty and ensured that it was at 3/8 of a tank, even taking pictures of the dashboard. They still charged me $30 in unfilled fuel charges and I haven't received a call back from anyone about this issue from corporate (the lady at the location was very nice, but passed the buck saying she did not check it in).

I was charged for three days and I returned the truck 44 hours after I rented the truck. Person I talked with at the rental location did not seem as though they were able to do anything about it. Otherwise I would rent a truck again , but only rent truck one day at a time.

The info said BP station & gave address but it wasn't a BP station. It may have been in the past. We found one man & he was not interested or helpful.

We were sent here after our chosen pick up place (tunnell hill towing) was unavailable. The business was locked and had a sign on the door directing people for Uhaul rentals to the business next door (Crider auto parts). However, personnel at Crider said "We don't have anything to do with Uhaul, You have go next door to Tunnel Hill towing." We are grateful to the personnell n the east Ridge office for locating anothertruck nearby at S&M.

U can't improve perfection. I am so thankful that I was given the opportunity to rent the U-Haul and return in the middle of the night and leave keys in a drop box for the next customer to use before morning! Great service!

When we arrived at the specified time, the shop was closed and we waited for 30+ minutes for the owner to arrive. When we picked up the truck, the cab had not been cleaned. There was pet hair (most likely dog) all over the entire seat and floor, and there was dirt in the floor with dust and pet hair on the dash. There were wrappers and paper in the back of the truck which I had to sweep out. This truck was left by previous renter without cleaning. In addition to not being clean, the fuel gauge was showing less fuel than was recorded on the paperwork.

We also told the person at drop off at dalton what happened and showed them the picture but today I find out I have been charged over 25 dollars for what I do not know to do with this booking and honestly I think this is the last straw with I haul I am sick of the dramas

Lot was somewhat full with other vehicles, but reasonably easy to maneuver the trailer into place. The after hours mechanic assisted me I lifting and placing the trailer d was a complete gentlemen and professional I wouldn't recommend my initial drop off location, EVER. Some garden center several miles away. I called in advance advise I would be there after hours, he gave me specific instructions for drop off. Yet, when I arrived, all gates were locked and secured and no access. I was on the phone with several UHaul customer service for at least an hour. Only one if the 4 I was pawned off to was helpful. That would be the last rep that arranged and coordinated an optional and approved drop location.

I took the survey hoping to have a place for my opinion. I have used u haul for years on and off for my moves and have been mostly satisfied with it. This time, I can't say that. I picked the I haul up on less than a quarter tank of fuel and put $75 in it across the road from pick up location, I was told I would be reimbursed for the fuel remaining over what I picked it up with. It took almost a week for the charge of truck to go through my bank and then I realized I was not reimbursed for the fuel overage. Very disappointed, as moving is a high cost in itself. I hope some one sees this and will reply because I really don't want to put this on reviews for your company but I do feel u haul and diminished in customer service. Thank you, Vonda Stepp

Best thing for this one is to close it. Did not help me at all. Didn't even come over to where I Unhooked it. Took about 20 minutes because I had never unhooked one before. They do not unhook like other trailers

There are two different locations listed to rent from at the same address. The owner of the location arrived two hours after the place was supposed to open. He had to create a new order for me to get the truck. He said the online reservation was just to guarantee the truck would be there, but it wasn't there. He was late again the next day when returning the truck. He said we could just use the online page with Uhaul to return the truck and check in. But when trying to do so the Uhaul website was “down for maintenance” and unavailable so we had to wait for the owner to arrive.
