I've been overcharged for stuff I didn't agree too. The charges have already been reported.
Sean KThe ability to drop off outside of business hours using the app was really the only positive of my U-Haul experience.

EDWARD DUnfortunately we did not take photos of the gas gage and we were charged for gas that we didn't owe. We had to drop off with no box and leave the key with employees that had no idea how to drop off. Said it would be taken care of Monday morning. When we spoke to the person Monday morning she admitted they had no idea how much gas was actually in the truck, yet we were charged for no gas and 10 gallons when the truck was on 1/4 of a tank when we picked it up and dropped off.

Johnny LThe vehicle was cleaned overall but before I even left the lot the engine light came on. The Dollie's and pads were not loaded and the young lady working the desk had no clue what to do and had to keep calling the owner. I waisted a little over an hour waiting for everything to get fixed or loaded which caused me to be late getting the vehicle back.

JAFFARIOUS WWe originally opted to take the trailer to a different location. When we got there they refused to help us. We then went to this location and they were extremely helpful.

WAYMOND mLocation was very dirty and disorganized. Truck was in very poor shape. Cracked windshield, check engine light was on, gas light was on. When renting a truck on a time limit putting fuel in the truck shouldn't be the very first thing you have to do. The online pickup is a joke I was dropeed off at the trucks Location and waiting in the parking lot in 90+ degree weather for 20 minutes be for my pickup was approved.. after this experience I cannot in good faith recommend that anyone use u-haul. Save yourself some money and frustration and just use penske!!!
Michael Wsome how for the first timer is some difficulty on a cell phone instead using computer, if I call and talk to a representative and upload my my face shoot and Driver license front and back is much easier, it took me hour and a half out sun and hot weather and the lock box was also hard to open may be need some lubrication since it outside rain and shine. But I get my job done. This is a suggestion not a complaint.

travis pAbsolute disaster. The business opens at 9am. I set to pick-up at that time. The owner did not arrive until after 10. I did all the sign-up online and he said I had to do it again. So, it took roughly 30 minutes to get the truck. The truck transmission was terrible. The gears kept shifting and it was difficult to get it in the right gear. We went 8.10 miles and the gas gauge hadn't moved but they still charged us for 2 gallons of gas. I would never use this business again for anything. Completely ridiculous experience and there were three other people that were there behind us having to deal with the same wait.
Jeff SI was told that I would get an email on Friday of the combo on the truck an truck keys would be in back of truck. I never got that. I called on sat an was informed that I had to do all kinds of stuff on my phone to get the truck kep. I was out there for over an hour talking to uhaul on my phone trying to get this done..dl pictures etc. Finally got the combo to get truck key. I was one hour behind on starting me lease time. I will never rent for this place again. Seems that the lady who started the rental does not know what she is doing.
LAWRENCE OTell the person making the reservation to know what they are doing. I got a one way and it was put in to return to this location not the location on ringgold rd. I feel also i was over charged for a one way trip.

Pam ADouble check that you have the correct email address and phone number for the customer that you are dealing with. We spent over an hour on the phone with u-haul only to find out that it had been placed in my daughter in laws name. She was never mentioned on any of the reservations.

William OYou have to make a u-turn to get in this facility when coming from the interstate… finding a place to turn around a 26ft truck can be challenging.
JONATHAN HI lost an hour of my time because I showed up at at 10am and no one was there. I had to wait an hour for someone to show up and the guy told me they aren't open on weekends. So why does google say that and why did my u-haul pick here to rent
harvey wThey didn’t want to help check it in told us to do it,no receipt or knowledge of what there doing it’s a garage here they fix cars U Haul should be more helpful and inviting to customers it was the worst experience ever!!!
Mark LThe car hauler had a broken ramp latch. The U Haul app had me return the trailer to a dealer that had been closed for at least 6 months. After I got there with it and saw it was out of business, I had to find a viable location to return it.
GT HA/C in truck did not work. Was not made aware of this before renting truck. When it is 80+ outside and I am moving I would like a truck with A/C.
Savannah HLeft my Kia there , when I got Uhaul. When I returned with truck, I settled up with them,then go out to my Kia n right front driver's side of my. Kia was damaged n crunched. I ask who did it , the owner confessed he did it. Then I got verbally cussed n called MF n was told to get out of his place of business. I then called the police n am going to file a case against the owner, for verbal abuse n wrecking my Kia, when he moved it with his wrecker truck. No I wouldn't recommend doing business with this business. Tonia Gobdon
TONIA GTruck was dirty and took us an hour to clean before loading. The gas was not full but 3/4 tank when they said it was full several times, even when I asked again. Then I was charged $27 at return because I returned it at 3/4. The moving blankets were dirty and stained and not folded neatly. They didn't have the number of blankets I ordered and barely had 6. Their site is junky, hazardous and filthy. Would not recommend!

Karreen NI rented my truck and took note of the miles to empty as I left. It read 137 and about 3/8 of a tank. I have rented and returned A LOT of rental trucks from UHaul and their competitors, so I am very familiar with the return process. I filled my tank to 142 miles to empty and ensured that it was at 3/8 of a tank, even taking pictures of the dashboard. They still charged me $30 in unfilled fuel charges and I haven't received a call back from anyone about this issue from corporate (the lady at the location was very nice, but passed the buck saying she did not check it in).

Spenser CI was charged for three days and I returned the truck 44 hours after I rented the truck. Person I talked with at the rental location did not seem as though they were able to do anything about it. Otherwise I would rent a truck again , but only rent truck one day at a time.
