Debra F.The negative is that I didn't like how the price went up a lot by extending it 1 hour. My safety coverage and rental fee both doubled when I extended by and hour and that doesn't seem right.

Also I got a charge on my account for not bringing the truck back because the people at this facility forgot to check it that I brought it back the same night. Do not rent from this location unless you are monitoring your charges and also take video of the entire truck and mileage because they can not be trusted

Gideon R.We dropped the uhaul in the evening around 9 pm so no one was there so we cannot recommend the drop off due to the place did not have enough lighting outside kind of a dark and it did not look safe.

Also I thought renting per day meant time you took the truck would be time you had to return next day “24 hoursâ€. I was never informed when I called in to make a reservation
Velma M.It was a Sunday and the location was closed. It was next to an auto shop with 2 wrecked cars. The street was under construction and closed. There was only one awkward place for me to park a 15' truck. It was close to my house but I would choose a bigger store further away as a return if I had it to do again.

Robert L.The area where the vendor is located, pretty sketchy. The uhaul had a very nasty smell, it looked clean but it did not smell clean. Additionally the location closed at 3pm, which wasn't made clear on the uhaul location, which resulted in my being charged an additional $20 to have them check the truck in for me on the next day. Additionally, the mobile check in link is very unclear and not as easy to use.

Roberto M.Start by having the working check the voredvt mileage and gas leveled before charging a customer over 450$ when the actual charge should only be 89$. Truck smelled like feces, was sticky, and overall a horrible experience. 0/10 rating.
ANDREW V.The self check out process was a bit glitchy. Could not proceed as my location was never accepted despite following the directions. Otherwise the person who assisted in checking me in was great and so helpful.

Yvonne P.I declined SafeMove online and then was charged in my invoice. I was never asked if I wanted SafeMove. This is a really frustrating flaw that I think should be addressed. We have another move coming up and I am not sure if I want to have to deal with my requests being ignored when I schedule with UHaul.
