JUSTIN CYou guys need to fix your phone application. It made me take pictures multiple times because it could not store them and it also tried confirming my alternate contact at 5:00 in the morning, make that make sense. You should confirm the alternate contact at the time that I submit the rental order. Which is more than likely in the middle of the day when a contact can be reached.
Alexander DYou uhaul over charged me with deceptive pictures of gas gauge I returned the truck with the exact level of gas as I received it Again I request a $10.35 refund!

MICHELLE FThe back door of the uhaul wouldn't stay open, the uhaul itself was very dirty in the front seating area. We had the worst run around trying to get the uhaul after we reserved it online a week prior, the truck never showed up.

Rich LThe person who received the vehicle didn't provide me with quality customer service. He said U-Haul would charge me $25 because the inside of the cargo area wasn't clean. It was clean. I returned the way I found it. Unfortunately, I was charged a fee. What a rip-off.

Janet LI paid cash for my U-Haul and I put $160 down by the time I was done renting it all I still owed for one day plus my mileage so they collected cash from me at the market for it but you all still charged me the $60 on my card so I paid over what I was supposed to by $60 and it's not being fixed

Kyle BThe person at the site didn't want to drop the trailer for me he said he couldn't leave the store that he was the only one there, I told him I wasn't getting paid to do his job and that since it was on his lot and checked it I guessed I could take it home. At that point he asked me to drive around back and to my surprise another man came out but said he didn't know how to drop it and would I help him. At that point I was so mad I did loosen the hitch from my truck and told him to remove the chains and break cable and to pick the tongue up so I could leave. I'll never go back there and tell friends to steer clear of them as well. VERY DISSATISFIED!!
MIKE LDidn't first offer to unhitch trailer I'm 71 and in no way could drop the trailer. A person did come but still needed my help. Not very friendly.
Mike LInside of truck was filthy. Dried coffee was splattered everywhere. There was some type of food behind the seat.
Heather RFortunately I checked the tire pressure on the trailer before leaving for my 9 hour trip because one tire was at 14 psi when it should have been 60 psi. This is the reason for the "no" response to the question above about the equipment being well maintained.

Tracey MIt would have been nice if there were signs directing me as to where to park and leave the truck however there were other units parked behind the building and it was very easy to find a good place to leave it

james bWe were sent a text from uhaul with the information for our drop off location along with a link to self return our equipment. We decided after moving on 5/29, we wanted to return our equipment early instead of waiting until the next morning. We followed all instructions in our self return link, and we completed all steps. We then tried finding the key drop box and quickly found out after circling the building several times that there wasn't one. The location was also closed so no one could help us. Uhaul customer support told us this location didn't have self return even though we were given the option and they were showing on our end that the return was complete. Uhaul should absolutely have this fixed so people can not self return to a location that they're not supposed to. This location was far away so we were unable to go back in the morning. We had to leave the keys unlocked in the uhaul and the customer support agent emailed the field manager. It was a disaster and a waste of 45 minutes for us.
