This unit was turned in to this location on 5/22 a day prior to the due date and now on 6/12 UHAUL is trying to charge me for 20 days late fee. The rep at check-in said he would handle it and I did not need to do anything. I was contacted twice by Uhaul and told them when it was returned. I have photos of the trailer at the location on 5/22. I want this extra charge removed from my credit cardTodd Y.

The trailer was not cleaned prior to my rental. There were soda can tabs in the trailer as well as dirt. Yet they charged me a $15 cleaning fee that I was never told about when I rented the trailer. Also there were lights on the trailer that were not working.DELORA G.

I was told that I would receive a refund for returning early. I never received the refund. I returned to this store and after checking my account was told that the returning store did not click a return box and I would need to contact 800-go-uhaul. After waiting for over 45 minutes on the phone was told there are no refunds for one way rentals.KELLY C.

You changed my location for pick up and drop off. Both locations meant further travel for me. Not happy about that. Then YOUR company tried to charge me for going over my mileage limit. EVERY time I have used U-Haul there's been a problem. I won't use you again unless I absolutely have no other choice. Poor customer service.debbie B.

I did all of my paperwork online and it had to be done again at the shop. 10 minute delay after I spent the time to do the paperwork probably 10 minutes then too. Location is at a gas station that also had other customers to deal with...more time delayed. The truck overheated and the brakes overheated almost causing an accident.TAMMY H.

There had been an issue with amoount of fuel after vehicle dropped off. After being able to take care of that, the experience was actually very good. Sams provided he best service I have had in renting u-hauls . Gracias.JOHN H.

Your reservation system is deplorable, the check-in process is completely redundant, my 12 year old could have designed a better system. I rented the truck on two seperate dates from iStorage in Eureka, MO, , the first date I could never get the app to work, the lady at the location had to manually enter all my info again, last week as I drove by the iStorage location the app reminded me to start my checkout process for my second rental date, I called iStorage to double check that everything was good to go and I was assured that it was, yesterday when I went to pick up the truck I discovered that my reservation was no where to be found, the app didnt even show my previous reservation. I called UHaul CS and they told me the reservation was cancelled on the 20th which is bullshit because it reminded me all last week to start my checkout process! There were no trucks available at the iStorage location so she found me one about another 20 minute drive away. Not renting from UHaul ever again.William M.
