Eric P.Worst customer service! Firstly, the person who is running this place is extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism. The place is never open during regular business hours. I got there 10 minutes prior to my reservation and the location was closed! When the person finally got there, he did not even acknowledge me as he was having a conversation on his phone. Walking into the location, it is chaos in there! They have stuff everywhere! Finally after like 5 minutes, he finished his conversation and helped me with my reservation. I left the lot about 10 minutes past my reservation time. Unfortunately, on my way back to return the vehicle I was involved in an accident. I promptly notified the person and provided all the information needed. I had purchased the collision waiver so I would have to pay the deductible and rental fees, which l was more than willing to pay. When I provided payment, this man charged my card almost $50 over what I needed to pay and when I questioned him about it he became upset and refused to explain to me why as his excuse was he didn't have access to what he charged. That makes no sense! Anyway, after reviewing the receipt I also noticed he was billing the insurance for dents when there were no dents on the vehicle! It was two minor scratches on the front bumper! Thankfully, I was able to speak to the location manager and he was able to refund what this person over charged me. Ridiculous experience!
Maria L.I was charged am additional $50.00 without my consent. I called in and the gentleman told me that the truck was sticky and not clean. Had I known and was told I would have picked it back up and cleaned myself. He saw it when I dropped it off but I was later charged $50.00/ Bad business practice. I will appreciate anyone calling first to discuss Unhappy customer No more U HAUL rentals

Rudy G.The truck was clean but not mechanically sound. The steering was loose and it wondered, all over the road and needed constant steering correction just to keep it straight. So charging one dollar per mile for poorly maintained vehicle is robery.

Damaso F.This location is not as prominent, it is rather confusing. There is a uhaul center next to it. The manager charged me $13 fuel surcharge. The total drive was 3.9 miles on the receipt. I added a gallon to the tank. The mpg for a 15ft truck is approx 9 to 10 miles. That was a cheating.
Manish T.I was charged a fueling fee and a cleaning fee. I refilled the tank to the amount it was at when I picked up the truck and was still charged a fee. The truck was filthy when I picked it up I was charged a cleaning fee. I submitted a photo of the filth when it was picked up. I sent an email in regards to these fees but have yet to receive a response.

Cheryl G.After using other uhaul locations in the Mission McAllen Pharr Edinburg area I found this location while searching the company's official website. The gentleman took care of my reservation over the phone and met my needs efficiently. After returning the equipment he called and asked if everything met with my satisfaction and thanked me for doing business. Overall this small location was excellent fast and efficient. Highly recommend using this location whenever in the area thinking of uhaul

After an hour of trying to figure it out, Uhaul customer service was able to assist. I rented an appliance dolly with my truck rental and that dolly was not provided. We had to go to another Uhaul location to get an appliance dolly.

FIDEL D.I wouldn't recommend using the app to collect a vehicle. I had no end of trouble and the rental took over 20 mins to complete. The vehicle itself has been through a tough time. LOTS of little X's highlighting previous damage. The vehicle was tidy, but I'd hardly call it clean. It was also missing the appliance dolly I requested. It did what I needed, but lesson learnt.

LUIS R.I left truck clean as I got it. I was charged $25 cleaning fee. I called to question the charge and was asked their was hair, he didn't specify the amount or what of kind of hair. Mind you, I don't own pets and I have short hair. I'm not sure what he cleaned. I would like a refund if it's possible. It strange since the truck was left clean.

STEVEN F.I received confirmation via online to pickup at location on Griffin Parkway. They did not have confirmation. I was sent to another location (AM/PM) to pick up rental. They had truck but no confirmation. Plus, they did not try to help and they did not care even when your phone representative tried to talk to them. Then, I was sent to "salsa dance location on 11a 10th st. That gentleman was awesome. He did it right. I am very disappointed in your service because of your confirmation system and the second location that had rude uncaring service. I'm still waiting for a phone call from ther district manager. Terrible experience.
ROBERT A.Cleaning fee was charged even after I Disinfected drivers area. Management stated there was sheet rock debris in van but I only hauled boxes. And was charged anyway. I had originally turned down coverage, but was charged it in final charge. Windshield was cracked and there was no water in wiper reservoir to spray. There was also trash left from previous renter, even though Management stated they had charged previous renter for Cleaning fee.

Eduardo P.It was difficult to find. Signage is inconspicuous. The parking lot was very tight, but clean. The door was locked and I was never able to talk to anyone. I left the equipment there, left a message on the phone recorder, hoping the return would get processed. It did, which made the Sunday drop-off expeditious. But it was with trepidation that I left it there.
LANCE J.Pick up was set for 10 am. Upon arriving and getting the lock box code it would not work. After trying for an hour to get ahold of someone they arrived and yelled at my wife because the key was not there. After the rep went inside his office he came out saying oh don't feel bad it was not her fault. He forgot to put the key in the box. He then for some reason patted her on the back and said don't feel bad. Which made her feel even more uncomfortable. The tank was less then half full and he would not adjust the paperwork that said it was half full. Not only did his mistake make us an hour and a half late on our move which we had movers waiting on us, he treated my wife horribly before he realized he never put the key out to begin with and then was inappropriately touchy. I will not recommend this location and hope to speak with uhaul corporate.
