Truck registered at 5/8 of a tank.
Laura D.I was overcharged by UHaul for a fuel charge. I picked up the truck with 1/2 a tank of fuel and brought it back with 5/8 of a tank. They charged me 65 for the fuel after I had already replaced the 20.34 in fuel. Consequently,it cost me an extra 85 dollars for gas. I have disputed the extra charge, however this is very frustrating and could be resolved by simply keeping the trucks full.

Scott S.Representative ignored us when we came to pick up the vehicle. He kept working on his computer for over five minutes without even greeting us. The dog and cat paid attention to us but he just acted as if we were not even in the room. When I returned the vehicle, he did the same thing. I waited at the counter, five feet from him, but he just looked down at his desk ignoring my presence. Finally, he looked up took the key and just nodded. When I made the reservation by phone, the lady I spoke with was wonderful. She was helpful, acted interested in my needs, and was repectful.
PHILLIP S.First, I had to drive an hour out of my wah to pickup the uhaul because no locations had a 20' truck. Then, I ordered a dolly and pads; get there and the equipment I ordered isn't there!!!!! I call customer service and it says it is a 29 minute wait. We were on a time limit, that is unacceptable. My boyfriend called the sales line and got right through to someone. It was 10am and we were told we could wait for our location to open at 1pm! Or She found a dolly and pads, another hour out of the way. I literally laughed at her. We ended up asking for a refund and did without because it was too much of a hassle. I will never rent with uhaul again. It was an awful experience. This whole ordeal was unacceptable service.

Nicole M.let me pick up the truck where i go to order the truck provide a truck with less than 80,000 miles on it when i am traveling half way across the country deliver truck with a full tank of gas cuz its impossible to return with exactly 5 8ths of a tank why charge a clean up fee when the truck was not at all dirty when returned.

GEORGE W.Rob was fast and efficient. I had done the registration and check in online and when I arrived he got the trailer hooked up and we were on our way in no time. Very nice and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend using them again.
Sarah G.I wasn't thrilled about booking online and having my pickup and drop off locations changed. It added miles to my trip and cost me an extra mileage fee. I guess it's the nature of the business but I think the extra mileage should've been waved. Otherwise a good experience.

Talia A.The Salem location was fine, but my reservation was supposed to be for 10:00 a.m., and when I received the phone call regarding my pick-up location on Saturday, i was told that it was for 1:15 and 45 minutes away. I was not pleased! This later time really affected our move, making it extremely difficult. I have always used u-haul in the past. I will think twice the next time.
