Melissa KWorst experience of my life. Never using U Haul again! This location had no drop off for the keys. After I completed the return of the truck on the app I found that there they had no key drop off. I wasted over an hour trying talking to 3 different U Haul employees on the phone about what ti do. Many times on hold, one of them hung up on me and never contacted me back. They had no solution for the situation except to inconvenience me to have to return the next day and try again. I asked for several options and was denied then asked for a credit for the income and got the run around after several long waits on hold. Asked to speak to a manager and seemed reluctant then offered me a gift certificate for the future, WTF I just moved, what good would that do me especially since I will never use U Haul again! Then finally said she was create some sort of action report to have that branche’s manager contact me about a credit, which I am extreme skeptical about. Still waiting to see what happens, but probably nothing. My family and I had been moving all day then after hours long drive and tired and hungry this is how we are treated and disrespected without any solution and no credit or refund and got hung up on in the process. F U Haul.

FREDY SIt would be helpful, for SAFETY and ease of use reasons, if a sheet detailing the location and operation of various features, controls and location of switches, etc. were provided with your rentals. I drive a 13th year old car and the dashboard layout, features and control locations in the newer truck I rented was an unnecessary SAFETY distraction.

Kristine BDriver's side window leaked. I rented during the infamous Las Vegas Monsoon 2023, so that was...not great. I'd like to give a shout-out to BEN, the store manager, who gave me crucial advice at every step of the way. His instructions were clear, he kept in contact at vital moments, and warned me that sometimes he ran out of trucks at the end of the month, because leases were up then. He was extremely helpful, and all his advice (such as, get the larger truck because it comes with a ramp) proved to be correct.

MARCUS PThe customer experience was great. Pick up/drop off were easy and fast. I felt the price advertised for the cargo van itself was deceptive ... by the time you add mileage and then pay to put gas into that "money pit" my $20 per day (for 2 days) ended up being $150. I'm sorry, but I"ll never do this again. Please count the entire cost of using U-Haul before making your decision.

HADIA LI went there at this Safe Ship location to pick up a U-Haul because it's pretty much across the street from my house, therefore I wouldn't have to spend a lot of mileage to return the van or truck when I was done moving. the people inside the store which is the Safe Ship store it was not very friendly, and I'm pretty sure they would have known that that particular cargo van that they rented to me for the 24-hour period was not working they never disclosed to me that the van had mechanical-battery problems in the past. I've requested the vans service records to prove my point! I am definitely, and positively sure when you have stock or when you have supplies in your facility, your store that you would also know the status and the condition of your equipment. They refused to tell me if there was any problems with that cargo van and I was stuck in the middle of night as the van would not start, it was dead in the water and so I had to call U-Haul roadside service to relocate the truck back to the Safe Ship store where I picked it up. After about an hour and a half later, the tow truck assigned to pick up the U-Haul van, the tow truck driver calls me (his name is Sean) and he told me that his truck also got a flat tire so here's the tow truck driver who now needs a tow himself that day! It was mostly the horrible experience, and I had put a half a tank of gas in the van, I spent a half a tank of gas even though upon the return of the truck it only should have been a quarter tank so my $25 in gas went down the tubes with the van because I didn't get to use the van at all!!!!

Hasir RI believe the gentle man was named Ben. We walked in and we're lucky enough to have some trucks available as we did not think to reserve one. The rental process was quick and easy as we were in and out and back on the road in 15 minutes. Return was even quicker.
