DOUGLAS SHave the equipment at the original location selected. I did my reservation a month ahead of time and the day before I was contacted to pickup the equipment at different locations. UHAUL should get the equipment ready at the place seleted during the reservation, the customer shouldn't have to go around to get it at diferent locations.

KENNETH PInterior cab disgusting. Smoke ashes in cup holders along with spills. Floors dirty. Had to at a minimum wipe down interior before starting our trip.

CHARLOTTE BWoman behind counter was rude & when you walk in to return keys, there's no hello, how are you, etc., I only got are you dropping off truck and did you put gas back in it? That was it. Not to mention, charged me $50 for 9 gallons of gas!!!
misty iI recently rented a Cargo van...the van was new with low miles... It could have been cleaned out better. The floor in the cargo area was dirty. Other than that, the van was in great shape.

STEPHEN LEverything was great until I received the final bill. I was improperly charged $49.05 for fuel; however, I stopped at the gas station located 0.1 miles from the U-Haul dropoff location and refueled the truck. The bill states that I traveled a total of 31.3 miles so I'm not sure where the gas total is coming from. I specifically wrote down the amount of fuel that was on the truck before I ever drove off of the lot. I also swept out the truck and did all of th3 proper things to ensure that I did not incur any further charges. My girlfriend rented a U-Haul truck in February and was prompted to take pictures of the truck and fuel/mileage numbers both when picking up and departing which I think is what the policy should be for this service. That method would ensure that neither the customer nor the company is scammed out of money. I have contacted U-Haul both via phone and email but have yet to receive a response. I will be reaching out to U-Haul again tomorrow and hopefully I can get some assistance in regards to this matter.

jon mStaff member was outstanding,, really does her job well for the company Ann's also cares about the customer experience. The UHaul site is not always functioning reliably and glitches a lot , this rental experience was great because of the efforts and actions of the truly outstanding, conscientious location staff member.

DAVID Jthe uhaul return process on the app or website is a huge pain in the dick. it frequently freezes or refuses to perform whatever click you've just input.

Federika SThe original truck I requested had a small colony of roaches in it. The manager said she never had to deal with this type of issue before but was more than happy to get me a much larger truck because that was all she had available. This was handled very professionally and I was pleased with the outcome. The only thing that got me was seeing the roaches in the first place. They were small but there were so many that it would have been fairly easy to spot with a detailed inspection. I'm sure the trucks have a quick turn around, but had this not been noticed someone could have brought a colony of roaches into their storage unit or their new home.
