Michael NThe driver's seat belt needs to be repaired. The attendant did let me know after I rented the vehicle that the seat belt seemed to stick, even though the truck I rented was brand new, and she assumed that someone may have food stuck in it. She told me that when I latch the belt to push the reed button as I push the latch it for it to catch. This trick didn't always work, and the truck needed to be cleaned before I received it. There was food and straw, and trash in the truck. I had the vehicle for four days and could not always get the seatbelt to work. I informed her once I returned the vehicle that, it would most definitely need to be repaired before anyone else rented it for safety reasons. I strongly considered returning the vehicle while renting it because of this reason, but I was in the middle of a move and didn't have time to find a different truck. Upon returning the vehicle I was not given a receipt and was told that once she inspected the vehicle, she would email a receipt. I had originally booked the vehicle online. Once I received the receipt, it showed I was charged an additional $44 for insurance, which I had denied the insurance upon booking. When I called to ask for a refund, I was told that the ticket was closed and I would have to call another number to discuss the case with the contract number that the attendant provided me. So then I had to call this other customer care line and the person on that line told me that she would have to have her manager look at the case because I indeed had booked online and it shows where I did not opt in for insurance coverage as my own policy covers rentals. Now I have to wait another 72+ hours to hear back from someone else about receiving my refund, and the customer service person said that's "if" I get a refund. I should get a refund as I didn't opt for coverage.

Michael BThe truck we used needed some urgent basic maintenance. The tires were flat, the steering was insanely crooked (I had to keep the wheels at 45 degrees to drive straight), and the truck vibrates horribly over the speed of 60 mph.
Julia DFantastic customer service, good, clean truck. One minor issue, the gas gauge seems to be inaccurate; I filled up the truck and put in over 10 gallons even though I only drove 25 miles.
