Also didn't know my phone location had to be on and my browser was blocking it. Called support, who was helpful, but a lot of time wasted.

GARY R.The hours of operation for this location were 11 to 5:30 pm. I called three times, left a msg and no return call. When I dropped off the rental no one was there and later on I was over charged for fuel and mileage when mileage was never explained.

Thomas H.I previously rented a 6x12 trailer from you in the past. The one I rented yesterday had a 4'9†opening at the gate the last I I rented did not have this narrow opening. So after I picked up the trailer and got home yesterday after an hour drive the item I needed to load did not fit so had took it back and was not able to use. Seems like your 5 x10 trailers are wider in the back.

CHASE T.Internet was down and it took an extra 45 minutes to complete the check in process. My time was not updated to the time I drove off with the truck. My pickup time was 3pm and I drove off at 3:45pm. My drop off time should have been adjusted to 3:45pm the following day instead of 3pm.

James L.I like to turn in a truck where someone is there to assist checking in. as previous noted the app would not work. kept telling me I had no active contracts, had to call 800 uhaul to check in I was not allowed to pick up at location closest to my house, or return it to the closest uhaul location to me in Cleveland GA. and thus incurred a $6.85 extra fee for exceeding mileage,

Marty H.This was a HORRIBLE experience!! I feel I am due a refund of part, if not all, of the almost $200 I paid for this rental. It took almost 2 hours to pick up my truck due to problems on your end. I am helping my daughter clean out her father's cabin (he recently passed away) which is a very emotionally stressful thing for her ( she's only 26!) We were late getting the truck, still had to drive the 30 minutes to the Cabin, and pack. His cabin is in the mountains and the roads are extremely curvy and steep so we needed to leave before it got too dark. We are going to have to go back because we ran out of time due to being so late in being able to get the truck! This is going to cause even more emotional stress for her! In addition I had to drive the truck in the dark and rain because we were so late in getting the truck. Again, I feel I am entitled to a partial or full refund. This was not a good experience! Susan K.When picking up the trailer, the clerk, seemed to have hard time, getting in to the U-haul web site and getting it to respond. This caused me to have to “ STAND AROUND†(no where to sit) for about twenty extra minutes. Other wise it was excellent.
