The lady working here was great. She even helped me figure out why my bill was higher. Or what the extra $40 is for and print me out a copy and put me in contact with U-haul. I contacted U-haul spoke with Deena with customer service. She was excellent, Very polite and very respectful, With helping me resolve this situation for me and a very apologetic. And Refunded the $40 back to my account. Deena Thank you so much. You are the reason. I will be coming back to U-haul.

Ryan MartinThe location that was on my contract was Mobil (Exxon) Station at 6918 Cleveland Hwy in Clermont, GA. I tried to call that location to make sure I could drop it off and got a voice mail 3 times. No one ever called me back. I tried another location on Duncan Bridge Rd in Cleveland and was told I HAD to use the location on my contract. I went there Mobil Station, and they would not take it. The mgr was not there, and the woman could not reach him!! Came home and my husband finally got a phone number of the regional director and talked to Adel, who was a gem and found me a place to drop the trailer. What a mess! Wasted my time! A UHaul ap?? Why didn't someone tell me in the beginning?? If I had known about an ap, maybe I could have avoided all the mess and driving around town.....At any rate, Adel saved the day and was the only one to help us. Thanks to her. Maggie and Ron Jones

Claude KashnigRainy muddy day all over North GA where their location is and they charged me a $25 cleaning fee for some red clay on drivers side floor door jam when entering the truck. I should have checked to see if it was already dirty but I always focus on checking for left over trash or obvious unclean conditions.

Claude KashnigThis location did not have any boxes or blankets to buy to use for moving the woman running. The location also removed the tongue jack which made it impossible for us to take the trailer loose from the truck when we needed it to park it somewhere in between trips. I understand, she said that was a liability that U-Haul felt like they’ve inspected it. It’s hooked up correctly but ultimately you make the consumer responsible for your product and again very dissatisfied with not being able to remove the trailer from the back of my truck. Also not being able to buy boxes or blankets, she said was because of her cost.

Robert NealThe entire rental experience was better than I expected. The only suggestion would be to have the vehicle fuel topped off prior to rental so it can be returned in the same manner. Would most definitely use this location again.

MARIO PALERMO-LUGOThis was an after hours drop off and so no contact with personnel but there was enough space to maneuver and park.
Marnana ToppingComputers were being a bit slow, but my uhaul pick up still went quickly. Customer service was excellent. Will definitely visit this location again.

John AllenImprove the 24/7 check in. Website did not display "Pick up my truck" link due to the delayed pick up. Spent 1 hr. looking for the link going in circles on the website. Frustrated. Also didn't know my phone location had to be on and my browser was blocking it. Called support, who was helpful, but a lot of time wasted.

GARY RUSSELLThe hours of operation for this location were 11 to 5:30 pm. I called three times, left a msg and no return call. When I dropped off the rental no one was there and later on I was over charged for fuel and mileage when mileage was never explained.
