ADAM BI want to thank the people who run this location. There was a hurricane coming through on the day we moved. We had to turn in the truck late and he was completely understanding and accommodating to our situation. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is moving in the future. WENDY FAll agents were very helpful and friendly. They backed our trailer in so we didn't have to stress about it. Easy to find and good location for the area.
JAMIE TThis location has a lot to be desired. It’s by some train teak Cos and has someone living in a non drivable van. The operator claimed the trailer was ready and then called back to say it wasn’t. I called on my way there and the operator said he would be there when I arrived. When I arrived the building was locked and no none except the person living in the van on property was there. I didn’t select this location for pick up. It was not convenient for me and was 20 miles (35 minutes) from where I scheduled the pick up.

philip hThis was a drop-off of a one-way trailer and it went quickly and smoothing my. As soon As I drove up someone came right out to greet me, viewed the condition of the trailer and was soon unhitching the trailer. The receipt was emailed to me and I was able to Leave, all within 10 minutes. The location was easy to find and was very clean and orderly.

Audrey FThere was a gash in the fabric by my feet and hot air from the engine was blowing in on me! It was miserable driving that thing around all day. They only had one truck available to rent. They threw the dolly in the back of the truck and didn’t even secure it. The back was not swept out. Overall my worst experience with U-Haul ever.

mark eU-hual website would not allow me to use the online feature to drop my u-hual off after store hours. When I tried to call, there was no answer on the phone.
