Everything in connection with the pick up and return of the truck was smooth. Emmanuel was very helpful. However, the dolly and the furniture blankets I ordered were not available because the location does not have the supply. U-Haul should make sure to send some of those moving supplies to the location. GraciasFrederick O.
I was charged $21 for a dolly I didn't have on the truck. I also was charged for 3 days, and I only had the truck for 2 days. I called the establishment, and they state I am to call Uhaul directly for the credit. I need to be credited for 1 day. Please advise. Thanks in advance.Clarence B.

Drop off was around 6 pm. Was pitch black at 6:00 pm. No signage, lights or any indication of a U-haul facility. Not a truck or vehicle in lot. Businesses on both sides had activity and had to let us know where you were. Motion lights finally went on when the U-haul truck pulled up by building. My phone ap did not work for u-haul. So I was not comfortable just dropping key in box 2 days early. Box said to do a list of things I could not due. Worked out, but not coolWilliam B.
