The black guy who didn't give me his name was very rude on the phone. & charged me extra the next day couldn't give me a reason why. Please someone take care of this.

RICHARD JWe were also charged for added mileage when taking a shorter route than planned on the reservation. This was an after the fact charge with no disussion, on the credit card. Very suspicious. Let's just make it up as we go.

Tandi EThis was the worst serv ice ever. We got the truck with 3/4 fuel (took a photo) the fut was rude as heck. Got the wrong email so we didn't know he charged our card over $500 we only rented it dor 3 days. We returned it with more fuel then what we got in the beginning and HE CHARGED another $42 to our card. We talked to the 800 # sent the lady photos of everything AND THEY STILL CHARGED OUR card. We emailed for a receipt and NEVER GOT ONE. email a receipt PLEASE to charlesrwilliams73@gmail.com. IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS SOME BS. The customer service was worse then awful and we will never EVER rent from UHAUL AGAIN. I'll be waiting for my receipt and I will give you 24 hrs to send it. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB

Joanna FPersonnel was available at drop off which was much needed because the app crashed in the process of my return. He had to check the truck in and email and print a receipt for me. This happened to me in the pick up process as well. This caused me to have to reschedule a reservation, which had to be done over the phone because the app kept crashing. U-Haul is too big of a corporation to have this going on.
TAJUANA SThere was no one there, even though their hours said they would be open until 6pm. I got there at 5:15 after work with the car dolly, and it was closed. The only good thing about the experience was that there was a notice about Uhaul's remote pick-up and drop-off options on the app. It's very disconcerting to return a rental without confirmation.
Ernest ROn Monday I was told at Winn Fuel in Winnfield, LA that my truck would be at their location by Thursday morning. It was not. We were told that we would have to drive 45.5 miles away to get the truck ourselves, which cost us 45 miles back to Winnfield to get the truck loaded. I was then charged for extra mileage! I'm not one bit happy about that.
