The gentleman was very pleasant and helpful in every way possible. The truck was in excellent condition. No improvements needed. I'd also like to give a shout out to the man at the Cromarties location in Farrel where I had requested pick up from. He was very helpful and kind when I went there to ask questions and figure out what I wanted to do. The change in location wasn't an issue. Still very close to where I needed to go to load the truck.

Elena GI originally tried to rent the auto transport through the U-Haul facility in Youngstown OH. I placed the order, with a credit card, on 7/8/22. On 7/26, 2 days before I was to pick up the unit, I was informed there was no equipment available by the regional traffic group. I asked what I was supposed to do and was told they didn't know, I would have to "make alternate arrangements". I became irate, told them they'd had almost 3 weeks to locate and reserve a unit using my credit card to hold it, had a contract and if they did not live up to it they would talk to an attorney next. I was transferred to a "Kevin" who told me they would not talk to an attorney. I asked for help locating a unit in an adjoining region. He said he had no way to access that info, I should call the 800 number, and repeated the same meaningless, frustrating, speech multiple times. I became even more upset and finally told him to shut up and listen - I needed help. He hung up. I called the 800 number and they located the unit I rented in Western PA - which I had asked Kevin to do. From that point the rental went smoothly. The regional traffic department for Youngstown OH would have to improve to be worthless. Their incompetence, and complete lack of any idea what customer service is, has upset me to the point I am seriously considering purchasing a car hauler trailer so I never have to deal with any employee of any company like them. At best, they are an embarrassment to U-Haul.

Thomas TRear cargo door was frozen shut and we wasted a great deal of time to get it open. I'm sure the rental location would have had tools to open quickly had they or we thought of it. Appreciated that the rest of the truck was free of snow!
Jon HThey didn't know how to work the computer. Was in there for 30 min while they called to figure out how to charge me and what to charge me. (I was the only customer) They didn't give a shit about anything. They did hook it up to the trailer to make sure it worked but they didn't check anything and the break light was out.
JORDAN MEmployee was new to your computer system but tried very hard to fix me up. Would have liked to paid cash instead of putting $10.60 on my credit card but understand it was in case I didn't bring back your dolly.

John HI had nothing but trouble just trying to rent one. There is a rental place within 5 minutes from my house and they informed me they had nothing available. I drive past it twice a day and trucks were there at all times. I only needed it one way and was told they wanted it back. Finally found availability at RTL and they were fantastic.
