Rebecca CleverThe truck I drove had some serious steering issues. The steering was very delayed and very loose. I felt very uncomfortable driving it, and I drive trucks all the time. I would be shocked if I was the first person to comment on that particular tricks steering. I likely will not be using uhaul again unfortunately, and I have used you guys TONS of times… It simply was a dangerous vehicle and not worth the money. Feel free to reach out with a refund.

The only thing that I would recommend is when customers request vehicles for one-way trips and they are of significant distance that you try to locate vehicles that actually have cruise control cuz I drove 1200 mi without a cruise control which made it very difficult

bob speckunfortunately road construction made it a challenge to get in and out. but that isn't the location's fault. workers were helpful as they could be and very nice.

Michael Bennerpickup 24/7 did not work, mainly the fault of the app, not the location. Truck had very loud exhaust leak that was quite annoying for a 5 hour drive.

JOHN MULLENI needed a vehicle trailer. It was 1400hrs. Needed to have the trailer ( which was clean well maintained and simple too use) Had to get the rental back by 1700hrs if we don't want to pay another day. I told him we problem be 30 mins late. Anyone else I've rented from saw an extra pay in it. Twin Willows/u-haul rental said. " Have it back tonight. We got video surveillance to see it returned this evening. No charge for another day" NOW THATS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. Thank you Twin Willows Garage/ uhaul rentals

JAMES ROBERTSPre - ordered furniture pads but unfortunately they were not in the truck at pick -up. The pick - up location ( Rt. 8 Auto Service ) was closed on Saturday and I was unable to reach any UHaul representative at the phone number given to me at the time of my reservation.
George ShevchikWe reserved a 4'x8' uhaul but was assigned a bigger uhaul days before the trip. Luckily, a 4'x 8' uhaul became available unexpectedly at the last minute. To improve uhaul, I would suggest guaranteeing the uhaul reserved and the location requested.

Adam AlbertI'm not sure why you sent me so far out of my way to get the uhaul truck when I saw other uhaul rental places along the way. Maybe you should have source and destination as part of the moving/rental process.

David SpencerI talk to the location twice before coming in that evening to pick up my truck through mobile pick up. When I arrived after hours, it said I was unable to pick up my truck. I called into U-Haul and they told me there was nothing they could do since the location had not set this particular truck up for mobile check out. She gave us a reservation credit and assigned us a smaller truck. Coincidentally, a worker happen to show up at 8 o’clock at night and he was happy to help get us the truck we originally rented. The truck was old but it was a queen and we were only going 20 miles. However, once we turned it back in we did not see the credit that was given to us for all of the hassle and waste of time.

THOMAS STEIBEmployees were curtious n helpful, nothing wrong with the location itself however it was very inconvenient for me to drive 40 miles to pick up n drop off unit when there is a U-haul location 12 miles from my home. I will explore alternative options in the future for this reason
DALE FOREMANTotal mess with my reservation. Spent over 30 min on the phone as the instructions we were given we for the wrong truck. Helpline tried to fix the situation but was unable to get us into the truck on the lot.

LARRY SEYBERTUhaul has always been my go to truck and trailer rental but something needs to be done about off hours returns. I returned my truck on a Saturday hours early and then spent the next hour trying to do the electronic return. No mater what I did or what settings I changed the uhaul website would not recognize my gps location. And because of that I couldn't go any further with the return process. I tried calling the Uhaul help desk but after waiting 20 minutes I gave up on that. I'm a retired engineer and I know my way around an Iphone so don't even suggest there was a setting I didn't change. These things will happen but I should have been able to complete the rest of the return process by bypassing the location verification and letting the rental location verify they have the truck when they come in on Monday.

Mohamad AliThe app did not work for self-pickup. The truck was ready, but the moving blankets were not in it upon arrival. The person who checked me in was put-off when I asked questions.
