Ugh an hour standing beside the truck watching spinning circle of death as your app won't load to the next step and switching to your website same thing and finally web page not available. 109 mosquito bites later I gave up and dropped the keys in the return bixSharon H.
I wouldn't recommend U-Haul in general. A simple in town move with fees and fuel wound up costing over $250. Don't be fooled. You'll wind up paying more than you expected. Hire someone and pay less.Matthew S.

We paid for a dolly and there was no dolly in the truck. When I called they were closed so I left a message and no one called back. We are just settling into our new home and will be calling uhaul for a refund. It was such an inconvenience bc we had people lined up to help move our heavy items but due to not having the dolly we could not use their help. Apparently this is a big problem at this location all the time. They simply just need to take time and actually see what people order for their move and do it correctly. Truck was clean but outdated. Windshield wipers were so old they did not work properly, they just smeared dirt on the windshield making it very hard to see. Truck made very loud concerning noises while driving. Truck felt as though the engine were turning off when going under 15 mph. Hazard lights did not work.Raquel L.

The truck provided had recently been in an accident. It should have been fixed before being rented to a new customer. The door was damaged and there was a gap that allowed the rain to come in. It was hard to steer (felt like there may have been damage to the wheel axel) and not good for a long distance move. Our mattress in the back was ruined due to the rain. Even though we clsoed and secured the door, we believe the rain came through somehow and ruined the mattress (the last thing on the truck). We had to purchase a new matress at our destination.Andrew K.

I found the process application to pick up and return the truck very poor and frustrating. The girl who booked my reservation put a pick up time of 7 am when I told her 8 am. So, when we got there the reservation had expired and we wasted an hour and a half to get it corrected to pick up the truck. On the return, the app wasn't allowing us to process the pictures of the odometer. We took at least 20 pics and nothing happened. The app wasn't working properly. The wait time online was 62 minutes and we had already waited 45 minutes before that. You need to return to the old ways of pick up and returns. I don't have a cell phone that has apps and if not for my daughter I couldn't have completed any of these transactions. Not everyone has smart phones!Deborah M.

I rented a 15' truck. The truck was filthy inside and out. I cleaned the windshield and it still had stuff all over it. Inside cab and back were dusty and dirty. The stirring on the truck was loose feeling it wandered when driving. At highway speeds it made a weird whirling sound that sounded like it was coming from the engine. I realize that these truck drink gas......but this truck drank a lot of gas......and I did not push it. Transmission down shifted several times for no apparent reason.....maybe I was expecting to much?David A.
