We were quoted a price over the phone, we got there within 30 minutes and the price was $100 more. The Nevada, Wylie, and Lavon stores were $100 less. Also my son was asked for four phone numbers. After the third he started to walk out, but the man said he could do it. He never signed any papers. Being disgusted my son left and discovered the $100 discrepancy later.

Carla MThis was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to deal with! They refused to check my truck in because I didn’t have a paper contract, that was never provided to me. The location I rented from only offered me an emailed receipt or a paper receipt. I choose the emailed receipt since we are now in the 21st century! They refused to check in the vehicle or give me a receipt. They told me we got the key and it’s not their problem and I had to call U-Haul. So I had to take more time out of my busy moving schedule to deal with checking in my truck with U-Haul. The staff at this location was extremely rude and pushy. Very unprofessional. They made me and my wife feel extremely uncomfortable. I would suggest to pull your trucks and product from this location if you want to protect your U-Haul reputation and integrity!

Reginia DThe equipment ordered on the rental agreement was not available at this location and I was not told it wasn’t available until time for pick up. Do not recommend renting additional equipment online as they do not tell you if it will be available at that location or not. I was not happy with this service by u-haul.

Grayson HThere was only one man that could do the computer things for rentals. He was very slow. The truck I was assigned had a headlight out driver's side windshield wiper blade needs to be replaced. I turned wipers on to clean windshield (which was filthy) and the blade didn't clean driver's side. I couldn't see during sunset so had to stop and clean windshield at gas station.

Gregory NI was told they did not do Uhaul work after 4pm though their website info says 6pm. Overweight attendant refused to lift trailer off the hitch or unhook trailer. I was also told he would charge me $30 to fold the blankets.

JOSEPH KUhaul could do a considerably better job at having their rentals closer to selected pick-up location, or offer a refund for miles driven to retrieve a trailer. I reserved a trailer a MONTH in advance and was to drive approx. 5 miles to get it, until rental date... 20 miles one way to get the reserved trailer. -POOR business Uhaul, poor. In regards to my pick-up location; I appreciate the customer service at this location. They understood Uhaul added 30+ miles onto my retrieval of this trailer and apologized. **Uhaul should pay for miles that I had to drive in access of where I chose a pick-up location** This location loaded my trailer for me, informed me of typical noises that occur with this trailer and updated my return location to be much more convenient than the one Uhaul assigned to me.

Richard PThis location was fine but the first location I rented from who gave my truck away costing me over $500 and moving fees I would never recommend u-haul and has ruined my experience with this company I will never rent a single vehicle from U-Haul again. You guys only offer me 50 bucks for your screwup. If someone makes a reservation weeks in advance I suggest you call them before you give their truck away the day before.
Ryan GU-haul continues to be the worst large scale company I have ever dealt with. No truck was available for my scheduled appointment, drove up and was informed that the guy didn't plan on dropping my scheduled truck off until that night. Was told to try other U-haul locations. Gave above average to the location because the working staff were pretty good guys, but if I could rate U-haul as a company I would give a zero out of ten.

Belinda RThis was by far the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. My reservation was changed three times and I ended up going out of my way to get a truck. No blankets, doles or even straps to secure my things. May things got damaged because they were not strapped. I had to move out of my house yesterday and couldn’t get a moving truck last minutes with another company. Very poor customer service and no regard for customers like me. I hope I never need your service again
