Jonathan KatzJust a little convenience store where you can drop U-Hauls off on the side but wonderful clerks who add U-Haul on to all their other tasks. The website didn't work for them either time I dropped off so they emailed me the receipt later. Both times they stayed cheerful and pleasant and were very apologetic for the website, which was none of their doing and nothing to get upset about. Now that we've moved here, I will start buying my gas and burritos from this pleasant little place.

Mari OrtegaI checked in online so it was a fairly quick pick up so that was nice and the associate was friendly. I finished with the truck early so it was nice having mobile check in, although it was a little difficult taking pictures in a dark parking lot. But no biggie.

John HinkleThe truck wasn’t ready and the employee was never trained up to give out a truck. The windshield wiper fluid was empty, the wiper was dislocated and had to be fixed and there was no furniture/appliance dolly/hand cart as requested. Then the gas and miles were not same as on the back end as I returned with 1/4 tank filled and started with less than than as well the miles we off by 30+ miles it stated I went over and that didn’t happen, person on returning truck couldn’t do anything, would like refund of both charges plus the issues dealing with picking up truck. No way to charge a phone either

Collin SchmidtThe u-haul truck was filthy, unwashed, bugs, dirt on windshield, inside was dirty and the gas station attendant was not going to do anything about it. I will never pick up from this location again. I will choose a higher priced service then use them...they could care less. This location is hurting the good U-haul experience i have received in the past.

LAUREN POMARICOThe van had no washer fluid, the wipers were beat up, and the thing pulled pretty hard to the right. It had recently snowed and the snow was melting on the road. Therefore there was a lot of spray being kicked up onto the windshield. I had to stop twice to wash the windshield by hand at a gas station because the visibility was so poor and I couldn’t wash the windshield on the go with the fluid and the wipers. I don’t know who’s responsibility it is since I rented from a Shell station. So I left the recommendation as n/a on the previous question.
Jason WheelerI was upset that 2 days prior to my pickup I was told I would have to go to this location when I originally wanted the Castle Rock location It was very inconvienent!!! Then told I would not have to pay for mileage and got a free day but the traffic to Littleton was bad nd took up my time!!!I have to move again in a few months I am thinking of looking elsewhere
carrie SoulkaThe 800 number needs to stop lying to people the Hudson location that originally had my order should not have been hanging up on me and change my rental reservation to a different location which is over 600 miles round-trip to pick up. But the location that I did pick up did a good job and I was appreciative
Stephen NardoneThe drop off location was a gas/food mart. The person doing the check-in was by herself and could only answer basic questions. She was very courteous and nice, but she couldn’t answer my questions about the mileage.
Kerry WongUnrelated to the location, I reserved a truck online and the truck was not available. I was told this, however, this resulted in me having to make multiple trips which were exhausting and unacceptable. I will not rent from Uhaul again.

Last minute with no notification and I didn’t have time to call or drive around town looking for them.
Gregg StanleyWas charged $20 for late return despite returning trailer in correct day. No one was on site (it was Christmas so that makes sense). Also tried to check in via app but would not work.

Wynona KollmannHorrible customer experience. Upon pick up of the rental truck, snow on the windshield. Had to clean myself the windshield from the snow. Ice on the windshield. Had to clean myself the windshield from the ice. Ice on the rear view mirrors. Had to clean myself the ice from the rear view mirrors. The rear truck gate/door could not be opened because it was full of ice. Had to clean myself rear truck gate/door so I can open the gate/door so I can start loading my stuff. Horrible service and horrible customer experience.

James WeitzelThis was a nightmare truck rental. The pick-up location was changed with no notification. Communication was awful. The truck was down sized from our original reservation. I would be hard pressed to recommend renting a U-Haul truck or renting one again. Budget and Penske are more expensive but their attention to detail and customer service are far superior!
Kathryn JurgensI had reserved the trailer for a location in Conifer. This was switched to Castle Rock the day before the rental. A customer service rep could only get us as close as Littleton.

Sam DeAngelisThe pick up location was a gas station. The clerk working at the time did not know how to hook up the trailer I rented and had to keep stepping away from my transaction in order to assist other customers coming into the gas station/convenient store. This is clearly not the employee's fault. I am frustrated, though, that an additional (and qualified) U-Haul staff member was not available to help with the transaction and the hook up of the trailer. In the end, I had to drive the trailer (with malfunctioning electrical) to another location to receive the help I needed and verify that everything was connected safely and properly.
Greg ShermanBill was incorrect and stated that I owed more money. Girl was busy taking care of customers in gas/food store while also taking care of my problem. Took forever before she was able to get in touch with U-haul because your lines were busy. However, once she got through, the matter was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Had to unhook the trailer myself.
PETE LORENZOThe lights on the trailer did not work and we were pulled over by an officer. The gentleman working the rental was very polite and helpful however she did not come out and inspect equipment I'm not sure if he was supposed to.
shawn davisMake sure all employees of that location know how to rent the equipment. The teenagers at the counter had no idea what to do when your system was down. Neither did the lady at the storage facility next door.
