1. Truck wasn't ready. They couldn't find key. Had to wait 45 minutes for them to come up with the key. 2. The inside back of the truck was dirty. I had to sweep out the previous renters dirt. 3. Truck didn't get checked in by the staff when I returned it. 4. I reserved truck at 6th street location. I received an email that it had changed to the SE 10th location. I was never made aware of the last change to 28 Medical location. I accidentally found out via a visit to U-Haul .com

Teresa LGirl was late to work by about ten mins. They would take phone calls at the location. Over all poor way to do business my opinion.
