JUANITA SMALLEYI rented one of the big uhals and they first truck's engine light came on and jerked really bad just driving 100 feet up the road so I turned around and went back to the store and told them of the issues, they called head quaters in Columbus and told them about the situation and asked if we can switch my rental from one truck to another and it took some hoops and made sure I wasnt being charged twice and finally everything was worked out. The next day when I returned it I was told I was being charged for 2 days! I had asked why the man from the previous day said I had 24 hour to return. This would've been at noon, I returned it in by 1147. Well the women talked to the man from yesterday and he said oh yes its returned on time. So I wasnt over charged. Other then a few min communications and truck issues the experience wasnt awful and it was a neat experience driving a big truck.

LORI bitzerTHIS location was fantastic! However, the overall experience was very poor. We had been notified to pick up the truck at completely different location (Frankfort,Ohio). When no one sent us the code and no one was at the location (after driving all the way there), we had to be rerouted to Bainbridge, which is a fairly far drive. Overall, we were over an hour behind due to the negligence of Uhaul. It was very disappointing. However, the staff at Route 50 Express could not have been more kind and helpful.

Cost me $25 more in gas, extra mileage, & went an hour more in the OPPOSITE DIRECTION than I was going!!!!....I was late for a Special event because It was so far out of my way to return... VERY FRUSTRATED!!!...& UPSET!!!! NOT THE DROP OFF LOCATIONS FAULT, BUT U-HAUL'S FAULT!!!!!!

HARRY SCOTTI booked a 10foot uhaul and was on time to pick up. Uhaul was not there because previous renter had not return yet. I had to end up going with a 20 ft and was not compensated at all. While renting the uhaul I reserved an appliance dolly and they had none for me to get. I had to call around to friends and family to search for one. This moving experience was the worst and will not go thru uhaul again. Will not recommend either. I just looked at my receipt and had to pay more for something else than what I reserved. Not happy

Chad McElweeReserved online and will never do again. Did not reserve as “in town” but ended up a lot higher charge because contract was written as so. Also had to take truck back to origination rather than closer drop off. Disappointed in UHaul this time!!
