I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. The location was great - and very nice. I got a call on Friday before my pick up on Saturday. This person said there were no trucks in my area and can I change my pick up to a larger truck and to another location. I said that would be fine - however it will change the mileage. She said she would annotate on my account to credit my 50 miles. I accepted. However when billed I was billed for the full mileage with no credit. I called your customer service and she said because it was within the original price quote she will not make a change to the account or credit me any miles - per the agreement on Friday. I have been burnt by you and am aware to get everything in writing - that was my failing. Now you have profited from it - but I have learned - I'll do business locally from now on!

Location is terrific, very convenient! But the computer connection between the location and a central reservation system was poor and excessively time consuming. Much time wasted getting the reservation.

The truck I rented had a giant hole in the roof as well as other holes that were hard to see. My stuff got wet from the holes and the truck leaked oil on my brand new driveway. I will never use uhaul again for anything. They should of refunded my money for the damages and didn’t. I’ll use enterprise next time for my truck rental.

SO easy to work with. No suggestions at all - everything was just perfect. All the employees were super friendly & laid back. HIGHLY recommend to others. Previous one I called in Lawrenceburg, IN (Kinnet's Sinclair station) was HORRIBLE. Rudest sales girl ever. Didn't listen, kept talking over me, makes me mad just thinking of it. ROUTE 17 IGA location was a Dream to work with. This was my 2nd time & will always use them in the future.

I rented a 6x12 trailer in Erlanger my. When I got there they said we’re one short and didn’t have one. Had to go to another location to pick one up. Very frustrating

This location was great and friendly. The issue I had was the Fort Thomas location where I originally was supposed to have my car hauler at 9am picked up and the item wasn't there? They then sent us to this location and we wasted almost an hour of our time going to pick this item up which was supposed to literally be across the street from my house. The Ft Thomas location didn't compensate me for my time, gas, or mileage traveled to pick up the item at the other store in Covington which was actually Independence area opposite way we were traveling with the hauler.

I thought the $175.00 charge included a refundable deposit. These cargo trailers rent for $20.00 and less per day, yet because I was dropping off in another (connecting) state I was charged an outlandish amount !

When I pick the truck up the engine light was on I told the management about it they said it’s been on for a month go ahead and drive it. And if you have any problems call the number on the invoice.

Well my recipt said i was charged 81$ but my card was actually charged 93$. And that was after i asked how much gas was needed so i didnt get charged for it put in the amount i was told and was still charged for gas. I would like the 12$ mu card was over charged back.

To be quite honest with you, at this moment I'm not sure if they needed to do anything to make me have a better experience. Fast and simple along with being there on a Sunday when I needed them. They were great.

The staff at the IGA Express were fantastic! SUPER friendly and courteous. Great job on customer service (even when Uhaul's system was running slow and they couldn't get my receipt initially)...I didn't mind because they were so pleasant and fun to be around! :)

I reserved this vehicle and was quoted the rental which was correct, however, I was quoted at 49 cents per mile and when I returned the truck I had to pay 79 cents per mile. I think that when you reserve something on-line that is the price you should be required to pay and not a cent more. It appears that Uhaul needs to get on the same page as their distributors/contractors. It’s almost a bait and switch tactic or false advertising. It was a good overall experience and nice people to deal with at Uhaul online and Route 17, IGA Express, but I payed more than I was quoted on mileage which isn’t right! I would be really surprised to find this hasn’t happened to some of your other customers and should be corrected asap.

Honestly the van was new and nice, however it was extremely hard to keep on the road the front tie bars needed attention especially on the expressway... the transaction did not go very smoothly although everyone was very kind to me and treated me with respect... I will go back... I like that store... Hopefully it will be straightened out then

Honestly, my uhaul rental process was a disaster. I "reserved" a truck 3 months before my actual move and the day before my move they informed me that they "didn't have any trucks within 30 minutes of my location". So, we spent most of my moving day driving to the uhaul location that I had not originally reserved or selected.

They charged me for 2 days when I only had the truck for 4 1/2 hours. I took the truck back at around 9:15 pm on 3/28 but they overcharged me.

You need to walk out to the truck with your customers because there was a broken mirror on the truck and when my husband went in to tell you before you left u wasn’t aware of it so you obviously didn’t inspect the truck when the previous renters dropped it off. Then you tried to bill me for some pads that the previous renter didn’t put back in the bag. They was laying in the floor of the truck so we put them up on top of the inside of the truck because we didn’t know they were supposed to be in the bag! There was no mention of the pads in a bag when we rented the truck ! We didn’t even use the pads! You would’ve known about the empty bag and pads on the floor and the broken mirror if you would’ve done a walk around when we rented the truck!!!!! When you rent a car at like enterprise they do a walk around with the customer before they leave so you know if there are any issues!

Vacuum or clean out the truck. I was worried About the $25 charge for the return, but there was even animal hair on the seats. Otherwise it was a convenient spot and the guys were amazing!

The truck smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Maybe a thorough cleaning would help that. Other than that it was fine.

Well maybe start with training the people how to use your system. Spent 15 minutes the night before the rental providing info so that the paperwork would be taken care of and all I had to do was pay and grab my tow-dolly. The lady explained that she couldn't trust the info on he computer. Then she went on and asked me my license plate number. I thought i already provided that get up off your ass and verify it. I'm a straight-shooter i ain't trying to get over on nobody. I will never rent from that location again. I'm gonna try Penzke or sum1 else the next time I need a rental
