The location was absolutely fine, meaning the people operating. The location were very wonderful to deal with. But calling Uhaul and finding a location without having to drive for an hour or more was difficult. People on the phone are very unfamiliar with the location in which I need to find a rental. It cost me a couple of hours of extra driving to get a trailer for my needs. And it could've been much more driving. Haddow not kept asking the same question about the location.

Dropped off after hours

Seyed H.First my pick up location was moved to this location which was 50km away from the original location I booked it. I arrived and there were a line up of 4 trucks, 3 trucks in absolute clean condition, the 4th which of course was mine, looked like it was driven through a swamp. It was completely caked with mud. The Moving dolly I had preordered was not there and when I asked about it the man told us they don't have equipment at that location only the vehicles themselves.

Jeff A.I had complained to UHAUL twice the second time I requested a manager to phone me - they NEVER did. i was told I could drop off at Blaine Lake three times - I booked it online for drop off at BLAINE LAKE - i was told by your extremely rude customer service rep on the 800 number that this location was holding you hostage AND that the representatives do not know this ---- we had already had to drive over 40 minutes to pick up the vehicle then had to drive another 30 minutes to drop it off - we had plans which this caused us to be late
