This location needs to have employees that are trained on check out and check in for rental equipment. Went to pick up and the employee took a long time as the only person who knows how was off due to having a baby. They had no idea where the keys were. When I went to return equipment there was only one person working the store who didn't even know how to log onto the computer. Had me go outside to the self check in through my phone. App is confusing and wouldn't even let me upload the picture I took of the odometer but wanted me to use my camera, I had already dropped the key in the box . Thought I was completely checked in but still got an email stating I was late returning equipment even though I was early Next time I may look at different rental truck options

Worker also complained about having to “ help with the u-haul because as she says “ we shouldn't even fu****g do u haul no one knows how to do it and no one is ever here to do it anyway.†Then said she might be able to get someone to help but probably not. We did not receive any information. Just handed keys.

William S.Yes everything was fine until we went to get the refund mailed or returned on my card and the people at Andy's would not send me a check would not refund my card they told me I had to come an hour and a half away and pick the money up cuz they only would give me cash back so that's $50 that I just guess I won't get back because I have to pay $5 to go across the bridge and five to get back so really what's the point and over 20 $30 in gas so really they made this whole experience shitty at the end so nope I won't use them again
Eric R.Booked a trailer and appliance dolly, when arrived was told they were closed it was 6pm they close at 7pm. I told her I had a reservation she then helped me, I was told there was no dollies available. She hooked the trailer to my vehicle and took her pictures. Later when we were loading the trailer it popped of the hitch, the uhaul lady did not hook it up properly. This could have been a very dangerous situation. I am not happy with the service I received this time. We had to go to the uhaul in hale mi to get an appliance dolly.

ronald L.Window was down and it was raining very hard so seat was wet. Inside the back of truck it leaked and was wet. Organization at this location was poor. Employees were not trained very well.
