The location is dangerous. There were multiple individuals screaming at each other and an obvious drug deal. I did not feel safe.

The truck was swept out, had trash in cabin area, was parked behind a gas station with a bum sleeping outside. Truck was completely unlocked. To top it off, the bill was over $20 higher which I'm still waiting to have fixed. Uhaul in general moved my reservation 2 days prior causing me a 3.5 hour later start due to the first moved location not even being open at 9, waiting an hour for them to arrive, they never did, took 30 mins on the phone to get another location , and wouldn't you know my stuff gets rained on while I'm moving but I would have missed the rain had the truck I originally reserved at the first location that opened at 7 am been available. Never again

I drove 4 hours from out of town to pick up the truck in order to go to the local storage facility and pack my item and get back in the road. They had issues with getting the contract ready which required calling in to complete but that was not the worst part. They took forever to complete that portion but then the truck wasn't even there. Thankfully Ms.Cheryl was able to find an emergency vehicle for me at a location that was not too far and expedited the pick up process. The entire ordeal delayed my leaving town by about 2 hours

Terrible place in bad part of town. Did not have order ready and could not answer questions well at all.

When we picked up the truck it did not have a dolly so we had to search elsewhere and finally had to use what we had at home. The truck had nothing inside no pads or any extra and we really needed them. Next time I will not use Ron's but go directly to U-Haul.

Have the agent to secure the truck so that homeless people in the area will not use it for shelter. The agent did not give me all the paper works that should be hand to the customer

When I arrived, after a harrowing search for the place (a key turn was blocked) the proprietor was on his cell phone and stayed on it while reaching for my paperwork. He asked me for the mileage and I gave it to him, but he said it was "wrong". I said it's what was on the truck dashboard. He had misread the starting mileage by a factor of 10, so his subtraction was off. I told him to put down the cell phone and deal with me. He did and we straightened it out. But the location was unsavory and the proprietor or clerk on duty kept on simultaneously talking on the cell and selling little things to regular customers of the convenience store. A very poor choice for dealing with truck rentals. I was supposed to return it to a standard location but they were "full" and I was told to return it to this convenience store. It was a bad experience.

Drop this Dealer!!! The U Haul counter is co-located with the crack pipes that are for sale. This is a horrible location and the U-Haul representative could not speak english. They screwed up the paper work.
