Angelique BThey charged me a cleaning fee for an already cleaned out vehicle. The overall experience was dreadful, exacerbated by the non-functioning online system. I felt like a guinea pig or maybe like I was in an episode of candid camera. Then, they overcharged me! It was truly the worst experience I've had with UHaul. But hats off to Stephanie and Gina at the pickup location. They were kind, cordial and solution-oriented.

Leticia BStore was closing up and employee had already shut one gate. Very kindly he stayed and checked in my son and the Uhaul. It was returned one day early yet no adjustment was made. I understand I reserved it and you are not required to refund anything...but a refund would have been phenomenal! Heck, even splitting the difference with me 50/50 would have been appreciated.

He is very professional and detailed on the rental contract, and, despite the hot weather conditions, took the time to explain and provided help in connecting rented equipment to my vehicle. 10 Stars for customer service. Guaranteed repeat customer!
CARLO CClean the vehicle! Windshield had smears. Steering wheel was so grimy and sticky I had to stop and find something to clean it with. Yuck.
CHARLIE WWhen u drop off a trailer and they say u dont need a receit don't go for it. I dropped it off Wednesday and they called me Friday ,where is it. 3 phone calls later .They couldn't find it for an hour. That had me worried and made me very upset

CYNTHIA KThank goodness for this location. We waited over an hour for the original location on N Houston Rosslyn to open and it never did. Uhaul switched our drop off to this location thankfully and we were able to return the equipment.

JUAN Hthe truck is old and needs to be retired. it was a little bit scary to drive. I think it was out of alignment and the condition of the tires were questionable But we made it safely. My only other complaint is this is not where I chose to pick up the vehicle, the location was changed and that place did not have an appliance dolly which I had reserved and no one bothered to notify me. so that was an unexpected surprise I had to locate one at the very same place I wanted to pick up in the first place ! poor communication
MARY HBen was super friendly and he exceeded my expectations. i was impressed with the fact that he called me as soon as he walked in on a Saturday morning after I called and didn't even leave a message. He even have me a courtesy confirmation to make sure he didn't give the truck to someone else after I had already committed to going there. It was my first time renting a u-haul and it was a pleasant experience

TAMMY ERon was very helpful and friendly. We tried to rent a truck at another location, but were told the truck was not available until 5 PM despite 50 trucks in the parking lot. However at this location he was friendly and helped us pick the right truck and drive off quickly.
KIM RBought a corolla in Houston, rented a tow dolly in houston to haul it back to Lafayette, la. Very solid dolly with 20" tires, easy job towing with a chevy 1500.
