Have people available during open hours. There was nobody to answer phone calls. Another frustrated customer was present during drop off due to poor communication. Would drop off at different location for future rentals.

Easy drop off, quite a few pictures that have to be taken, but the app was working well. It wouldn't let me select not applicable for the 'Were the personnel helpful?' question. So I selected no, but it was a holiday so I did the check out process on my own.

He didn't help much. He didn't give me all the information that I needed to know. He didn't tell me I needed to confirm the condition of the trailer before I left the location. So once I opened the email when i got home, I couldn't confirm on my end. And he also didn't let me know that there'd be an extra $100 fee if I returned the trailer to a different location. So I got surprised with that expense at drop off, which really wasn't fair. Normally I don't have that much extra money. It was just lucky that I did.

Biggest complaint behind the overall rating was the difficulty in reaching someone. No one was at the location during the listed business hours, the voicemail was full, and there was no response to my texts. I found that extremely stressful when trying to verify that everything ready the day before starting a cross-country move. It all came together and worked, but it was stressful. It would have been so much nicer to actually have someone at the location and return calls/texts. It seems that they are trying to run the business remotely. The truck did not appear to have been washed but performed fine.

Uhaul App for turn in did not work while at this site. Frustrating. Finally able to talk to central uhaul help desk. They directed me to use the uhaul.com website to add my turn in info.

The car hauler running lights did not work and was not able to tow the car after it got dark and was forced to wait until the morning to safely tow it and because of not delivering the car when we agreed on made the car purchaser not want it and had to ultimately lower the price for them to still purchase the vehicle. Extremely frustrating when it ended up costing me much more to rent the trailer.

It was a 60 mile drive from where I had asked to pick one up. There was nobody there when we and another drive arrived for our trailers. Took a few frustrating phone calls to finally have them show up.

I had a hard time getting ahold of this location by phone. Otherwise, this was a very good location for picking up rentals. The lot was large and open with easy access. Friendly and helpful crew.

The guy called and told me he was going snowmobiling, so he would leave the keys under the seat. He got my drivers license and another contact number, Thank goodness, 2 other guys that just so happened to be there checking out different Uhual locations. I went home to load the truck and there was water all over the floor. :( I should have just went to the "U-Haul Store a few miles away on Wall Street, in Ogden, UT I am going to post on Facebook and Instragram, if I don't get a discount for all the inconvenience at pick up. I ordered a dolly which was not there. I had to borrow one from family to move. The vehicle was without fuel. The worst truck ever! No ac and the front end was out of alignment. It was a death ride with fingers numb from the vibration. The truck was obviously not checked prior to renting to us. Luckily made it to destination alive!

We spent almost an hour trying to figure this out. The picture that was sent to show where the key to the truck was was completely wrong. When I called customer service-I was transferred around multiple times. This was the worst experience that I had and nobody seemed to know what was going on.

Truck was filthy on top of not having a full tank of gas. The guy was there long enough to hand me the keys and Paperwork then took off. I took pictures of the vehicle before I left the location.

Had to drive to this location after being given wrongful information about our storage facility. I honestly wasn't sure if it was even a u-haul office, or someone's tiny house in a parking lot. Person seemed incoherent to a point as if they had been sleeping, so it left us feeling very unsure when he came outside and we were trying to explain what happened.

A parking lot with a few UHaul trailers. No one was there during posted hours and the phone no posted on the rental shack door was not in service. Virtually no local help. Was routed to UHaul central along with the LOOONNNGGG wait times every time I called to get drop info. Finally got two wonderful persons who helped me check the truck and trailer in and the next day verified it was in fact turned in with no additional charges. Pretty unsatisfactory though overall on the turn in side. Also NO idea on my responsibility for the exterior of the BIG truck. Thanks. Cheers

Person wasn’t there for pick up or drop off. Couldn’t ever get a hold of them, uhaul even tried. Eventually after calling about 12 times in a row they answered. Voluntarily signed us up for added insurance that we didn’t ask for.

Delivered truck to drop location .. I had more gas in the truck at the end than at pick up .. I feel I should have a refund on the extra gas about 20 gallons extra .. please advise ....... I wanted to pick up the trailer on Sunday, because of parking situation, ogden on Wall Street was my preferred location, went there and looked at trailers, and I agreed ti picking it up on Sunday, Got a call on Saturday afternoon that I had to pick it up on Saturday at a different location, and they were closed on Sundays, canceled my plans for Saturday evening to pick up trailer, I called 3 times trying to pick up trailer, but got a hold of someone in the main office, she was quite rude and laughed, saying at least you got your trailer, very poor customer service, and as she said ha ha,

The trailer was nice but it still had dry dirt on he bed floor that had not been cleaned out from prior use. The manager was nice and helpful and let us use a trailer better suited for our needs.

Shane at Roger's Eggs was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were scheduled for self-pickup, but the app was not working and the customer service line was no help at all. Luckily, Shane happened to be stopping by the shop on his way up to the mountains and took time out of his schedule to help us. He had us up and running and on the road in no time. He was very professional and made us feel comfortable. If you're renting a Uhaul in Ogden, I would highly recommend scheduling pickup from this location. U-Haul themselves, however, have been nothing but trouble. I was having issues with the app since I first placed my reservation order. I called Uhaul on multiple occasions to express my concerns and they assured me over and over again that it would be okay, and that if anything went wrong at the time of pickup the customer service line would be able to assist me. Well, pickup time comes around and, of course, I can't get the app to register my reservation. I called the customer service line and was given the run around. They first tried to tell me that it was because I was entering the order information wrong (I wasn't), then that it was because my location tracker wasn't turned on (it was), and finally that it was because the email address had information on it that didn't match the name of the driver (that doesn't even make sense, but we tried changing it anyway and it still didn't work). Once we went through all of that, they decided they would try transferring me to another department. Luckily, Shane happened to show up to pick up some equipment while I was on hold, so that was the end of that. But if he hadn't showed up, we may have never gotten in to our rental. To top it all off, I'm now being double-billed. I have a pending charge for the reservation, followed by two pending charges in the same amount. They say it "should correct itself" in 3-5 business days. But that's 3-5 business days that I'm out an additional $170, and after an expensive move that hurts a little. If I ever have to do business with Uhaul again it'll be too soon.

Very friendly and helpful! Very unexpected circumstances, unfortunately, obligated my girlfriend to move on New Year's Eve. The panic of moving her and four children out in one single day was overwhelming. I searched for a truck in the more conventional locations and they either had been closed or out of trucks. Driving home after several failed attempts we saw Roger's eggs U-Haul. To my surprise the owner answered, explained to me that he was closed due to the holiday but after explaining my situation he was very understanding and very helpful. He opened his doors and started his computer just to make sure I had the truck I needed. Explained everything clearly and got the truck we needed, the process was easy and simple. Thanks to Rogers Ace U-Haul we were able to get the job done unfortunately we missed the fireworks show, but it was worth it because the day would have been a nightmare with out Rogers eggs U-Haul.

I believe we were over charged. We have fault for not verifying the charges before receiving the truck however it still doesn’t make it right. I’ve never had problems with U-Haul but unfortunately after this incident I will no longer be using again.

Turned in the truck a day early but started getting late notices the next afternoon. They never checked the truck in! I had to drive down to the site and take pictures of the truck to email to corporate. Trying to locate someone onsite was a task and very frustrating! I will never use this facility or recommend it to anyone. Horrible experience...
