The owner was very accommodating and made me feel welcome. However it's a ranch and dirt turf. It wouldn't be a place I would go to rent during the rainy season.

I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get this vehicle from this location. I would drive an hour extra if I had too. Clean, reliable vehicles. Every thing anyone would need for a move is stocked at this location. Great service, great experience.

Owner was "old school" friendly. You never get that any more. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful. My pickup spot was originally 25 mins closer to my home, but I don't even mind.

I am so mad I cannot see straight. We were charged 86.00 without our authorization. We distinctly discussed getting insurance and we told him No. we have insurance through Geico Insurance and would cover the u haul if it were damaged. He said “ oh yea great insurance company etc. he did have info confused. Told us he had it straightened out. It was calling for a signature and he told us he would just put a squiggle on it for us. Then he took my husband out to look over the moving truck for any damage. Gave my husband the papers and he just put them in the truck not knowing and not looking at the papers. We rented the truck in Clovis, CA . We returned the truck to Costa Mesa, Ca and realized it at that time. He told us “wasn’t his problem”. I tried calling the Clovis U haul. His voicemail came on and indicated it was full and not accepting any new messages. I called Discover and it is a pending charge for 340.82. The only reason we rented was due to the price he originally quoted on the phone. He purposely did this because he knew what he was doing and I suspect has done this to other people as well. I want our 86.00 credited back to our Discover card. This should not be buyer beware. He was a very nice person and sold us the goods. At 65 and 62 years old this is very low and under handed. We have done a lot of business with the Reno, Nevada u haul on Virginia st. They have always treated us good. Would you please handle this problem for us.
