Mitch DRented a car trailer. The right front tire tie strap was broken and unusable - rigged my own secure tie with a log chain, The fold down fender on driver's side only had the front hold down lug. No license plate on trailer. This was at a very busy convenience/gas store with only one employee to do everything - she seemed to know nothing about the proper trailer hook up procedures (when she could even get out of the store). This was the only car trailer at this location and I had no time to find another one somewhere.
james hExperience was my original pickup place in ten mile tn. Had the truck but didn’t have any of my equipment needed. Reservation said he did. Contacted uhaul they got me in touch with spring city location and said they had all I needed they added free miles cause it was 25 miles further away. Get there she didn’t speak English didn’t have my furniture dolly. Had to locate them in Athens pick them up and then begin my move. Very poor reservation/ inventory throughout uhaul.

Michael WAfter the first location failed due to owner not being there, you all customer service found me a new location which had the truck I needed. They were very responsive and helpful to get me my vehicle. They were courteous and gave me the reservation guarantee back as well as adding mileage for the increased distance I had to drive.

JOSEPH SI want to say the rental experience was really fantastic. The owner was very polite, efficient, made sure I was charged only what I needed, and allowed me to keep my other vehicle on his lot while making the move. He was really great!

DARREN SI was told I had 90 miles but the retailer only gave me 30. So I was charged for the extra 60 or so. I returned the uhaul on time and still got charged for an extra day. I was charged an extra $105 dollars because of the retailers mistakes. I probably won’t use uhaul again nor refer them because of all the charges that shouldn’t have been made due to retailer errors.
Adrius HI understand that it's a small rural grocery mart and U-Haul drop off location, but the place was a little run down and it appears that management lives there (which is understandable giving the circumstances), but just not what you would expect from a place of business of this type.

Daniel AThis was a gas station mini mart not a uhaul company business so you find your own spot and unhook yourself so take someone with you if your not able. I say not applicable because it's the only one around so u have no choice.

CHRISTOPHER WHad 2 blowouts due to breakline catching on fire. Sad on the side of a freeway in a very dangerous spot for 6 hours waiting for roadside assistance. Then was charged another 102 dollars for a quarter tank of gas . I seen flames coming out of my rear tire and feard for my life.

Erin SThe manager of the drop off place was not there, so I was unable to get anything in writing of my final charges. Was not happy with the automated "check-in" due to no paper trail. I am a very disappointed customer!!!

Alexis REquipment is parked in knee deep mud. Clerk is not knowledgeable on system which made the rental process take about 45 min to rent the trailer. Once I rented the equipment I did not receive any help attaching the trailer to my vehicle which was almost impossible due to the trailer being sunk in the mud.
Joshua LThe worker took one look at the inside of the truck and he could not believe it. We explained to him what had happened. Then he made a a Gigantic stink about the gas telling us how much we used. It was a terrible experience all around.
Daniel EThe location is out in the middle of nowhere it seems, and the roads getting to it are narrow and winding. They also offered no help what so ever to attach the trailer.

Raul VI ordered a dolly from a UHaul rep on the phone. Advised by Mukesh at this location they are never given dollys. He called a supervisor who told me I can drive 20 miles to another location to pick up dolly...Unacceptable!!!
