Your app did not recognize that I was at the location and I had to call customer service in order to pick up my truck. Very frustrating.

I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. I unfortunately had to rent a U-Haul to finish a job I had hired a company to complete. I was exhausted and upset when I went it (at the other company) and the girl who helped couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. I will highly Recommend them in the future! Please recognize the girl who helped me at the desk. She was great and unfortunately I didn’t get her name.

I’ve rented from Rocky Mountain storage location many times and the trucks are always clean and the customer service is great.

Stay open for the hours that are posted. When no one is there and your geo location check out isn’t working properly it’s extremely frustrating, having to spend 40 minutes on the phone with 1800uhaul is irritating and we were still unable to check out appropriately. I will say the agent/rep was very helpful and did the best that she could

Only issue was there was no wiper fluid in the truck for cleaning off the windshield while driving. Windshield became very dirty while moving through inclement weather.

From start to finish I had an excellent experience renting a 15’ U-Haul truck from this location. The process and pricing was explained clearly. There were no surprises. Pick up and drop off of the truck was simple and stress free. I highly recommend renting a UHaul from this location.

the equipment was so so but the truck we rented was from out of state and had a lot of miles on it. It did what we needed it to do but a couple of times we were not sure if it was going to make the in-town move.

Staff failed to properly check out & record mileage from previous customer. My round trip was only 19 miles total & they pulled some shady stuff saying I went 55 miles. Absolutely ridiculous to try & pull a fast one on me. Then when I brought the truck back with a full tank of gas they calculated $10 in gas then when they revised the bill they upped it to $18… just a bad look for business, their for I do not recommend or suggest. They should be investigated by corporate!

Parking??? There’s enough room for a few cars maybe a truck or two. But, a 20’ truck? Safety becomes an issue.

The receptionist failed to give me my ID back once I had rented the U-Haul due to her negligence not only was I operating your U-Haul illegally for the whole day I am unable to work today the following day because I am not in possession of my license and the location does not open until late

New trucks, clean. I also washed and cleaned before I return the vehicle. Dear renters please clean it so when you come back get a clean vehicle. It costs only $10 to wash and 5-10 minutes to clean inside. It is just nasty when you see stains from food and dripped drinks and sticky slims in cab. Please treat it like your personal car and keep it clean. Thank you.

I was robbed by U-Haul and I plan to seek redress. First of all I was only given a 6 hr reservation and was not able to reach anyone to correct it to a one day rental. Gavin called and I was in the middle of something and had to call him back - only I couldn't ever get him back on the phone and only got recordings saying his voice mail box was not yet set up. My driver finally reached Gavin after he was already on site to pick up the truck. He returned it full of gas and parked it exactly where he found it. I was charged two days rental for less than one day. I am furious with this U-Haul experience. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE - U-Haul owes me for a services not used nor rendered. U-Haul - I hope you step up to the plate and make this right. I am awaiting your call.

Back of truck left open and it snowed. Had to use a shovel and then towels to dry it out. Had to sit with truck running forever since it had frozen windows with snow on them. Had to use scrapper from my ride there to clear windows. My worst U-Haul experience to date.

Everything about our rental was easy. Even had self-guided early pickup. Clean truck and good communication. The only one negative was the parking lot is tiny and and other trucks were taking all the spaces. We didn’t know if we could park it out in the gravel on the road. Will definitely rent here again.

No one was at the location at the appointed pickup time. No return of phone calls. After figuring out myself that it took a 2" ball and 7 to 4 way adapter, Shannon showed up and was nice face to face ( but, pretended hadn't received previous phone messages). I wouldn't rent at this location again.
