The app wasn't working properly when I tried to rent the truck through my phone. Lucky for me the office was open and the girl inside was able to help me complete the transaction so I could rent the truck. I don't know what I would've done if the office hadn't been open. Other than that little problem, my experience with this company was wonderful.

Some of the extra equipment I paid for ( appliance dolly) was not in the truck. However, even after talking to someone letting them know I didn't receive the equipment, I was still charged.

Nothing really. It's an easy place to find and get in and out of with a 26' truck. The woman who helped me check in and out was nice and got me everything I needed. Thank you!

Check equipment to ensure it's clean before renting, this pit renter's who need the equipment in a bind and they end up cleaning up someone's mess. My enclosed trailer had something spilled all across the floor and debris everywhere.

Very clean, well run facility. Very impressed with the fact that I kept furniture and boxes in the facility for nearly 2 years while building a new house. I found no evidence of mice, bugs or other pests when I removed them from storage.

Super easy and quick. The metal cords that hold the door up broke during transit. The return location said they would fix it.

The cab of the truck had an offensive odor. the staff tried to take care of the smell, but they could not get it out. Overall, I would work with the staff as they went above and beyond to try and remedy the smell.

I was very disappointed when I found out you don't prorate any unused portion of month paid for. I have 23 days of the month paid for that is not refunded. I could use the money just as much as rocket city storage. This would have put the icing on the cake for the highest quality, access & security Rocket City Storage offers. I know you will be double dipping on the storage unit and rent it out make money & keep my credit. I had a prime unit so I know it will not take much to rent. This is what kept me from choosing Excellent. Marian #1002

Brent the front office guy, said he wouldn't charge this card on file. He promised like 3 times, well guess what?!! He charged the wrong card! I'm very very pissed. He was on his cell phone the entire time never even looked up

The online registration process was inconsistent with the information that I provided when I reserved the vehicle. I was led to believe someone would call me to confirm the appointment the next day. Never received a call. I ended up calling 2 days prior to reservation and was told it was with scheduling. On day of reservation, May 20. There was no way to get my vehicle. The hours said it opened at 8am. There was no one there. I called and eventually spoke to a lady that said I should be able to get the key without someone being at the office. I ask how was that. At approximately 8:18am, the worker finally showed up. He jumped out of his car & said I should be able to get a key without going through a person. I explained to him I got assigned the vehicle but didn't get a key code. I went inside. He wanted my drivers license and a phone number for someone to call confirm they knew me. I explained I had already provided the information online twice, at time of reservation and then just a few minutes earlier since the business wasn't open at 8am. Then told him the lady I was speaking with had also mentioned it but then he pulled up while she put me on hold. She never called me back after I hung up to go inside with the guy who was working. I only used 5 hours of the reservation but it was still frustrating to not get the vehicle on time since I had people waiting on me to help and them needing to leave at noon. It was also a threat of rain & it ended up raining. I would not recommend this location due to inconsistent business communications & hours clearly not correct when an employee doesn't show up on time. I arrived at the location at 740 because the email confirmation said I could I arrive at the location at 7:50 so I could start the process to do I could be out of there at 8am.

The truck was not that clean. It also had a smell of cow manure. Also the was an existing crack in the windshield. I like using UHaul however.

Make sure when attached to vehicle ensure chains are properly attached. Our trailer became detached from our vehicle and the outcome could have been much much worse than it was.

I must say that this location was convenient and other than 1 access door always getting dislodged, I was pretty much happy with them. The staff interactions have always been very positive at this location. I have been with both N 231/431 locations for probably over 10 years (combined duration). The facilities were expensive, IMO, but met my needs. Recent increase in pricing without regard to customer loyalty was my reason for leaving. As well, they state that they are competitive, yet I got secured a storage location in which the storage unit was the same size, closer to my home, fairly new, and the cost was over $40 less per month.

Rocket City staff members were friendly and eager to provide customer service, and the facility was clean and nice, and in fact I would recommend the restroom to be used as an example of how a restroom should be cleaned.

There were 4 26 foot trucks on site. Somehow I got the oldest one with lights that barely worked and a cabin that creaked very loud. Also the steering was so loose it was hard to keep it on the road.
