Great professional service.
EARL JOnly improvement could be if it had a wind up jack on front of trailer for hook up. Some of us are older and not able to lift the trailer from the ground to get it on the hitch

Heet JI am eligible for a refund of $50 according to the reservation policy of U-Haul. I booked for a truck from Sydney, NS but got a truck finally from Rockdale, NS 80+ Kilometres from my home. So I spend extra for the fuel .
