The location was perfect. The truck was ready on time and got the job done. The service was fantastic! The only thing you could improve upon is your website. It was so slow it took the technician a good 15 minutes to finalize my paperwork after I turned in the truck.

David HandlerReceived a text message before leaving that indicated I was taking a trailer with a specific license #. The number sent to me was different than the one on the trailer I received. I had no problems with the unit and am grateful for this but when I notifid the attendant at the time of my departure, he indicated I would receive another text with the proper license number. I never received another text.

Donald McBrideThe sales rep was kind on the day of rental, but was very rude the day of return. We extended the rental time and only needed a few extra hours and was charged for a whole extra day at a way higher rate. Mileage is charged $1.00 a mile guestimate of 120 miles and only went 99 did not recieve money back on the overcharge of mikes. We ended up paying the $40 for one day rental and another $79.00 for the next day was told to have truck returned by 7 AM and had to pay a $20 "after hours fee" when the place opened at 8 AM and the sales rep was there at 7:30 to Complete his own inspection. Original charges were $175.75 in the end I payed $256.and some change pretty bad when they lure you in with what you think is a good deal amd end up charging you way more than you expected to and the equipment isn't the greatest.

That I could have saved if it wasn't for the horrible experience at the pick up place. An for printing out the contract that I should have gotten when I picked up. These guys were so very helpful.

Rod StengerWe dropped off the U-Haul trailer at this wonderful location in La Grande. From Kingston, Washington. Rock and sons were excellent. Highly recommend. But early in the morning I got a phone call from a Brian out of Haynes drop lot saying that I was supposed to drive another 40 something miles and drop it off to him because he said that my wife called him and said that she would drive an extra 40 miles and take it to him. What a complete lie ! This guy is a scammer, and somehow he has our information. When we finally dropped off our U-Haul at rock and sons this weird guy Brian had called them and was yelling and screaming at them. He threaten to charge me more and went on and on. U-Haul how can this guy have my information? What is going on?
DAN ROSSRock & Sons in La Grande, OR was great. When I arrived to pick-up the trailer there was an issue with the door, and it wouldn't close. The owner went out of his way to drive to another city to get a working trailer. I appreciate all he did for me.

Mark KellyAlthough this particular location was friendly, the experience was terrible. This trailer had faulty brakes that allowed the brakes to be on with an empty trailer. I tried calling Uhaul and spoke to a Jason Montgomery. Jason was unwilling to listen to his customer and did not offer to lower the rate of the trailer. I was charged for a 3 day rental and only used it for 1 day. The only thing he offered was to correct the over charge but not compensate for the 2 hours waiting for roadside assistance nor the extra $100 in gas that I spent to haul the empty trailer. We will never use Uhaul again either personally or professionally unless this gets resolved

kye yraguenApparently the trailer I rented was reported stolen by uhaul! I had called the 1-800 # on two separate occasions detailing my needs and extending my rental contract. They assured me it was okay and had approved said time. I DID NOT steal your equipment and had made sure to let UHAUL know of my whereabouts and plans. Very disappointed and will probably not use uhaul again, aside from the overcharging out my pocket for a move. Thanks uhaul for a bad first experience, figured y’all would be helpful and understanding. Rock and Sons are the folk who let me know of the situation and I’m in utter disbelief. Stolen??? Are you serious?
Jared EakinThis was NOT the location I specified in my reservation. Dog slobber all over the inside of the windows in the truck. Wheel bearing on the trailer failed, costing me an hour. Your roadside support staff were incompetent. I told them exactly where I was by highway, mile marker and nearest city, but because their location drop pin thing wouldn’t work, they got all flustered and kept telling me they were in Florida. The guy that came out with a replacement trailer was very helpful.
Paul KenningtonWe were charged for a dozen moving blankets but soon realized upon packing and cleaning the truck with everything we rented that we were only given half a dozen of the blankets. Hoping that I will be charged for the missing six. We struggled to get the 26footer we so desperately needed and as a result, ended up needing To rent two trucks to do the job of one. The turn process was smooth and the instructions easy to follow. Overall, a fair experience.
