There wasn't an issue with the place of business where I got the truck. I knew they would be closed and planned to just use the App. The issue was the Uhaul website and App. I couldn't get my account to recognize that I had a reservation. Absolutely nothing worked after my initial booking. I called to ask questions about not seeing my information, but the customer service people,, could see everything and assured me it would be fine and work when I got on-site. Well.. it didn't work! I kept calling and all I could do was depend on the 24/7 verification department for everything. Even upon returning the truck, I waited 45 minutes on hold to talk to someone to let them know I was trying to return the truck. Eventually got it done, but I will never do it again! With the stress of moving and all of the wasted time for my movers, waiting almost an hour to pickup the truck and over 45 minutesto return it... everyone was angry. Overall experience was nerve wrecking!Sheila C.

Reserved a 15' truck a week or two in advance but when I went to pick it up, they only had a 20' truck which they gave me at the same price. Wasn't real crazy about driving that larger vehicle but everything worked out OK.Michael D.

Not worth $113 to rent a truck for 4 hours. Advertising is $29.95 but for 78miles total out of pocket was $123 after filling tank up. I'm not recommending or ever doing uhaul rental again.JULIE C.

The location and the people at Rob's were great. I am not happy at all with u-haul at all with charging me for an extra day. I did not agree to the charges online, was told I would be contacted and never was. Then was billed anyway. I own a business and I know a lot of people. I don't know if I will be recommending u-haul in the futureMatthew O.

Have the truck cleaned in cab and back of truck. I had to sweep the truck out in the back. And there was soda spills in cab. Rob at the first rental place was very personable. And ladies at second place was good.David S.

I received my vehicle the day after my original first day, delaying my move. In addition, I had to wait 40 minutes for the 24/7 pick-up line to pick up my call and release my truck because I was a few hours late. You should allow late pickups or give customers a timeframe to pickup the vehicle as the only message I received was that my pickup had expired. I do *not* recommend the 24/7 pickup.Alex B.
