My rental truck was clean. It does appear to be on great need of an alignment. Ie: When the wheels were straight on the vehicle the steering wheel was turned toward the left. Overall the experience was good.

They say theres always room for improvement, The only thing I would express is there should be more customer service like I received, I didnt have to do anything but sign all the employees were very nice and did all the work .even when I dropped off I was greeted with kind and courteous profession, and after the 1700 mile trip that was so welcomed . We reserved a 26' truck but there were none within 150 miles or so. We got a 15' truck & a 6x12 trailer. They accommodated us as well as they could have. They gave us extra days & extra mileage. All very much appreciated!! Thank you Lacey, Amber & Jessica.

I only gave this 3 stars because of the lady who checked me in, she was DELIGHTFUL and easy to work with. The gentleman who helped me load my car only had negative things to say about "us kids and our d*mn oversized tires. Can't read the rules online." When in fact, I DID AS WELL AS BROUGHT MY OWN TIE DOWNS BECAUSE YOUR WEBSITE SAID TO!! How about you try talking TO your customers like a GOOD business owner, instead of under your breath, hoping I don't hear?

While hooking up the trailer to my truck, the trailer jack got wedged under the trailer and put a hole in the trailer. (It was frozen to the ground and the owner could not get it to come loose) They sent it out anyways and said it's a good thing I got the insurance. They should have changed the trailer. When I got to my destination in Pennsylvania I had snow all over the inside of the trailer and my belongings. Some of the boxes got ruined, my luggage was we as were the clothes inside. Not really happy about this as it's going to cost me time and money to rewash and rebox everything.

Shout out to Lacy! Thank you for your professional customer service attitude! You were very flexible and helped us coordinate getting the equipment needed for a difficult move. Big thank you to Paul who helped us with the trailer hook up. We will recommend you & your facility! Bald tires on the truck made for a very tense & difficult drive in a Montana winter!! Truck came from NC to VA to MT. Tire tread was an issue.

We've used Uhaul for many of our moves, but the last few have been stressful. This time the truck was not available, so we had to drive to another location to pick up. In this case, it was 80 miles away, causing us lost time in packing over a holiday weekend. This was an after hours pick up site, so nobody there. We were told that the key would be in Lockbox #1. Upon opening it, no key. Fortunately, the owner showed up and used a code to open other boxes to find the key. The truck seemed alright, loud and low mpg, and the wiper blades were useless with rain and road spray, eventually coming off on the driver's side. Overall, a VERY frustrating experience with Uhaul for this rental.

I was quoted $35.00 for a 5x9 open trailer with ramp. When I checked my bank account later that evening, I was charged $102.70. There is no way insurance cost that much! Not a happy camper. I’m not in the town I rented and retuned it to, so getting with the agent isn’t possible at this time.

I will not recommend UHaul yo anyone! I made a reservation for a 26 foot truck three weeks in advance through Wolf Point, Mt. The day before picking up the truck uhaul informs me there is no truck available and that I need to drive 100 miles to pick up a 20 ft. Truck! Horrible service!

Even though the equipment was reserved a month prior to getting the equipment ( 20 ft. Truck and a dolly to pull the car), the day for pickup was a fiasco. I called several times to confirm with uhaul...that was ineffective. By The time we got the dolly for the car there was no one in U-Haul that could help us load and hook the dolly to the uhaul. I had to call a “stranger” who was affiliated with uhaul to come out to help us load the car on the dolly. He did not seem happy over the phone about coming out but once he got there he was very thorough and nice. I gave him $30 to come out and help us where U-Haul should’ve done that for us. He then told us that the dolly that we were using was badly bent but it was the only one they had so we took it. While my experience with U-Haul going from Butte Montana to Wibaux Montana was a very good one, the return trip three years later was very bad. The truck was not swept out and I highly doubt that a safety check was done because it was turned in and then we picked it up almost immediately.Why did uhaul in Glendive MT (who only had one 20 foot truck at their business ) overlap the previous user’s (renter’s) day with our day when the uhaul place closes at noon? I called the traffic department in Billings and there was nothing they could do to help me nor did they give me any breaks. I had all my helpers to help us load ready to go at a certain time and had to cancel all my help because of this problem. My roommate has stage four cancer and it was important for us to have the help that we needed. The man who helped us with the car dolly said that the dolly we used really bent and Should have been out of commission but it was the only one they had so we took it. The return of the equipment in Butte went off without a hitch should have been out of commission. The return of the equipment in Butte went off Well and without any incidents. We cleaned the uhaul and it looked cleaner than when we got it.I have been told that the main problem is in Billings where they schedule the equipment. Something needs to change there because I’m sure other people have had this problem as well. Moving is stressful enough, and this uhaul experience compounded it.

The return went well and the clerk was understanding regarding the windshield weather strip/seal coming off. Basically, the 6 day allowance for the 1,500 mile trip was too generous and allowance should have been made for a 3 day early return with a partial rebate. Far too expensive rental.

this location does as well as it can with what it has to work with. I don't think lack of inventory is within their control. The desk and the mechanic are top notch. Its just in a dying little burg that is not long for this planet I believe, Its a shame as I'm 65 and my 62 yr old wife and I were born and raised here.

They found a could of problems that Bobs auto service didn't. The leaf spring was busted and one of the safety chains was broken. Them two problems are a safety hazard and I would like a refund. The service tech said it should not have been on the road. I want a refund.
