I waw over charged, complained and had NO response. I will NEVER rent from Chuckie again. They do NOT know what they are doing. It's a shame, but when you mess up and do NOTHING to correct this is what YOU GET. BBB and Chamber of commerce Will have a letter about this. Good luck and DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!
Timothy OBe more faster at the rental process Doing the beginning of the process and after the process. It took me 45 minutes to get my rental and even longer when I returned it I missed two, two doctors appointments..

MARTIN SThe dealer didn't go over anything about the rental told me to look at my rental agreement for all questions he didn't have time. When I told him I was hard at seeing he told me to have someone look at it. Very rude. When I came back to return the truck the officer door was wide open and he wasn't around and we didn't know how to drop it off since no direction was given.
Brittany LEnded up renting a 10ft truck and did not realize it didn't have a ramp. I called the store today immediately to see if I could get a different truck. The front desk person did not know what to do. I called another uhaul company and they set me up with a totally different reservation at a new site and was able to get me the truck I needed. I returned the first uhaul to its original location within 35-40 minutes of renting it. I used less than 5 miles. I was charged for the rental and was told that a manager would call me at 12pm when they came in. I never received a call from the manager and I called back around 3pm. I was told they could not give me a refund because that was something they could not do and I had to call 1-800-go uhaul. I called immediately and no help. I was able to get ahold of someone today and was told I have to get a refund from the place I rented the gal from because they don't make that decision. I called back to the uhaul company I rented from talked to the manager and he said he would call me right back after verifying what I told him. That was at 10:30am and it is now 4pm and still no call back. I will never rent from this place again.

Rinard JOlder location, not inviting, but was ok. We called to confirm hours, they were closing, but he offered to wait n check us in. Went quick, easy. NOTE: I also informed him this is a 2023 model with only 8k miles on it but pulls a little to the left.

Jean PLocation is an auto shop. Little to no parking to get in. Other staff members yelling and swearing at each other at the front door for a long period of time as I waited. The gentleman that helped me was nice.
Elsa HVery kind and helpful gentleman helped me check in for a Uhaul and he helped me by reversing it out of the parking lot for me :)
SHEENA HThe location was a bit strange with the office on one side of the street and the rental parking lot on the opposite side of the street at the end of the block. Other than that everything was fine. the gentleman who checked the truck back in was courteous, knowledgable and efficient. The return to a live person was as great as the pickup with the U-haul app was horrible.
David SGentleman who helped me get a reservation for my rental helped me a lot when technology wouldn't work on my phone. I would recommend reviewing order before submitting.
Vanessa Yit was hard to find my truck because the parking lot was across the street in what looked like an abandoned building's parking lot. The phone signal was terrible and i kept getting kicked out of the app for my early pickup. The lockbox didn't open easily for my key. The only saving grace was Lacy in the dispatch office for the area, who was a lifesaver.

Alexandr PHow about having the information correct inst of blaming your customer! To be honest I'm not sir ill ever use uhaul again. Uhaul ruined my trip! Uhaul made it difficult I had to spend multiple hours being in the phone to get things straight while they blamed me when the problem wasn't me. Your location blowing my phone up. Not being on a contract.
Elexas Athe cab was dirty, some trash including a used napkin that was stuck in the cup holder. the floor mats need washed. i felt like the brakes were not up to spec on the truck i used. i was told that i needed to inspect the truck for damage prior to leaving (normal). i didnt expect there to be upwards of 30 ‘x’ stickers all over the truck. i felt rushed during this process
