Pick up and drop of was a like confusing the first time since it’s right next to another UHaul location
Mike BWas strait forward., With price
Zundra LIts a small place, doesn't look like much, but the people were most helpful and efficient.
Steve WRating is for UHaul, not RJS. They would get 5 stars. Thought if I gave a lower rating, someone may actually read thus review What I do not understand, is less than 1/2 mile away is a large U-Haul center that had several of the 10 ft trucks in stock. Yet, RJS gave us a 15 ft truck. We did not need the size. And I'm sure it cost us much more in fuel for the larger truck. RJS did everything correct, and we originally wanted a rental in Clarkston. Ultimately, in the future, I would call the u-haul center directly, because of the volume of trucks available. This issue will definitely make me consider other vendors in the future. Spending an extra $30 to $50;in gas is not acceptable. Again, this IS NOT a reflection on RJS, but of the U -Haul scheduling system.
Wayne MRJS Quick Lube employees was friendly, helpful and processed my reservation very quickly. Truck was clean and ready to go.
Shane KThe mobile share was advertised as being faster, but honestly I think it took longer than going in the store.
Aleksis LGood guy
Kathleen CThey nickel and dime you for everything
Michele CNot friendly and did not want to even check the miles/gas/condition of the truck. Felt very uncomfortable and would not go here again.
Diana WThe only thing I can think of is in the 10 footer there was a button you could push that would take the 'trailer light' off the dashboard. I didn't know what that was. And couldn't find it in the manual. Maybe just let the driver know whether or not to leave it on.
AMY KThe light in the inside of the trunk didnt work on the dashboard and the speed control was broke couldn't see how slow or fast i was going
Christina PI dropped of the truck and there was no inspection. Just some guy who changes oil took the key and said "your good"! Hell, he could take it for a joy ride and blame all the damages on me. Never checked the mileage, I felt very un easy with this.
